First time ordering here since it was Gino’s Pizza. Never ordered when they were replaced by Terry’s pizza.
Naples is here now…figured it has been open for a while now…I’ll give it a try…had high hopes since it’s Naples Pizza.
Ordered a four topping Queen special….only they put three toppings on it…they forgot my mushrooms…could have used the mushrooms since they were skimpy on the other unevenly placed toppings.
Pizza was already sitting on top of oven when I got there…and I was 10 minutes early. And the box was covered in ashes.
The counter girls were discombobulated, running around like they were lost and confused.
My pizza was way overcooked and dry..burnt bottom and crust.
Ordered Little Caesars for the kids too,and tried a slice..it’s cheap pizza but at least it wasn’t burnt.
My first time ordering experience from this Naples location leaves me wondering if I will ever order again and tell others about my experience at Naples on County Rd. 42.
Tried again…same experience,burnt pizza…..you can smell the burnt as soon as you walk into this place…panzerotti looked like a flat half Frisbee..no taste and soggy.
Figured the food would be better with all the people working there.
The old Gino’s was actually better… which is funny.
Only tried again because it’s closer,didn’t feel like driving to Tecumseh and Lesperance area where there are better pizza places.
Not sure if the franchise owners know what is going on at this location…but it is killing your name and reputation. It’s a shame Tony and Canadian Bread Bakers.

Stopped on Sunday night on my way back to London asking for some really fast option as I was in a rush. The young man at the counter was super friendly and kind and genuinely interested in his customer’s experience. Insisted on two for one deal, got two giant subs which he prepared in no time! Wish every one could be as welcoming as you. And the little shop was sparking clean. All the best to you and your business.

Joe is awesome! I recently had a catering order for my daughter’s birthday party and the food was delicious (pizza, fries and chicken fingers). Everyone loved it and he was wonderful to deal with! We usually order our pizza from there weekly, but will continue to recommend them for catering needs as well! Great job Joe and team 🙂

One of the best crunchy pizza in Windsor. We had an order of 2 queen pizzas a cheese only and a vegetarian one. The pizzas were cooked to perfection and it tasted really good. Shout out to Aaron and the cook who did an incredible job. Great customer service.
