I was very excited to try this place as the concept sounds amazing. And it was. Wondeful addition to Billings and the food was delicious. But more than the food was the attention to being friendly and kind. Its a nice touch. Kudos to the chicken wings. Some of the juiciest and crispy I’ve had in years. Welcome. Absolutely amazing, as usual! I’ve eaten at the Cupbop’s in Utah and Colorado and the minute I heard they were opening up a location in Montana, I got so stoked! We definitely need more diversity of food here. I went on opening day and despite it being so busy and overwhelming, the food came out amazing. The staff and owners of this location were so friendly and welcoming ! Thank you for coming to and opening a location in Montana!

Cupbop is absolutely amazing! The soft open has been great and the crew is working hard. Billing, you all really show up! This is what the city has been missing for so long! Can’t wait for the grand opening with $5.99 bowls on Thursday!!!

This place calls itself Korean barbecue, but it couldn’t feel farther from it. Imagine putting hot sauce on spaghetti noodles and serving it with plain rice — that’s basically the experience. The noodles tasted unseasoned, the beef had zero flavor, and the chicken was completely bland. Nothing tasted marinated or cooked with intention.
The only flavor in the entire bowl came from the sauce, which felt like it was there to hide the lack of seasoning rather than enhance anything. If this is Korean barbecue, then Panda Express is fine dining by comparison — at least Panda has distinct flavors.
Big portions don’t matter if the food has no taste. Won’t be back.

Loved this place! Workers were friendly, service was fast, even though it was slammed, and the food was sooo good! We love this new option for Billings. The owners happened to be there. They were so nice and explained all the options so we had a better idea what we’d like to try. You get to choose your meat and spiciness level, which was great for our kids. The wings were so good! The sauce is ! We’ll definitely be back!

We went to cup bop with the whole family and it was delicious!! The staff went above and beyond, everyone was so friendly. They were so fast and accommodating with all of our little kids. Everyone loved it! The sauces were so tasty and those noodles are amazing! Everything was so clean. We will definitely be coming here regularly!! Excited to have another yummy new restaurant in Billings!
