Night shift are rude. After driving for hours from Oregon and stopping for gas and food. At 1 am starving and ready for a break we pull up to a broken outside screen and an aggravated voice over the box. She gets our drink incorrect and our sandwiches wrong. When told about the mistake she deep sighs and snatches the items away to replace with the corrections. Please train your staff in better customer service. Or if they’re cranky and unwilling to work night shift switch them to the day time. Because no one coming off a long exhausting drive or even late shift appreciates rude people. Other than poor manners their food quality was outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich once it was corrected.

We went through the drive through the worker was super friendly I honestly haven’t got good service from a fast food joint in years I would definitely recommend this location if you on the road we got the new six dollar meal deals with curly fries the kids nor myself had any complications ohhh and a cute little surprise they had resuable heart shaped straws that were a valentine edition were gonna definitely reuse ours enjoy your jack trip

Woman at night has a serious attitude problem, she will make you wait at the order mic without even kindly saying please wait, absolutely does not greet the customers or has any decency to say thank you if you say thank you back. I know its hard to find employees for night shift but please teach this lady some manner

The ladies working at night have the worst customer service. She got my order wrong and when i corrected her about my order she got an attitude, i tried to be calm and polite about it but she had a very rude tone. I simply told her that if your screen out by the drive thru was working we wouldn’t be having this issue. She just walked away without giving me the right items. Please change your employees here for the night shift, i live down the road and this is the place i come to every night after i get off work late. I don’t appreciate being treated this way since i am a regular. Will nit be going here from now on.

The service was good. The hostess was friendly and helpful in taking our order. The food was good, but the presentation was lackluster, to say the least. It’s not a stand-alone establishment. It’s part of a gas station where we grabbed some snacks for the road.

Overall, this Jack in the Box is ok. I honestly do not know if one of the drive thru employees that was working today was new or not, but it did disappoint me when I asked if my vanilla sweet cream coffee was vanilla flavored and she replied with “it’s just a regular coffee” (I knew it was not the vanilla coffee that I paid for)- which I then went inside and had the coffee remade
