Another Sunday Brunch spread I had the opportunity to visit. This place came off a recommendation and wasn’t completely disappointed. Like most brunches I got out this particular Sunday with the girls so I was able to share a few orders and taste a few options. (I like it this way so I’m able to get a feel of more than my own ordered item)
Upon first entrance the place is fun and poses a delicious sweet treat that gives fuzzies. The bright colors adds “good times” to your arrival. The restaurant was clean, tidy, and everyone at the counter was extremely friendly! (Parking can be difficult so the earlier you go the better)
The food was solid, I wouldn’t go out of my way to indicate delicious or unforgettable. The only thing I tasted that was outstanding was turkey club. (Not my order) All together not a bad spot and definitely happy vibes strolling through there. The food is priced about average, nothing crazy. (if it were I would mention it)
Happy Eating!

Pros: HUGE selection of pastries, decent drink selection, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, excellent fast service, insanely delicious pastries
Cons: park and walk, drinks are meh

I say that you have to park and walk, but I think there’s a parking garage nearby, so you don’t have to walk that far if you can’t find street parking. More importantly, they have lots of freshly made treats and they all taste delicious!!! The coffee drinks were ok, nothing too spectacular (they’re ok, just not super flavorful), but you will definitely need something to wash the pastries down with. If you want overly sweet treats, they have those, if you want not-too-sweet treats, they have those too. I strongly recommend the Kouign-Amann (sweet, but not overly so), and the seasonal cruffins (for something sweeter). Also, even though the line was super long–its usually out the door–they always manage to keep it moving quickly.

Cool place, lots of tasty looking desserts. I tried the almond croissant. It was very good. They have a bar in this place.

The service was OK but not great. They messed up our order. To make it right, they decided to give it us some macaroons. The only problem was there was three of us there and they only gave us two macaroons. Why not give us three? One for each of us.

Decided to try this place based on their menu and reviews. Several family members were with us. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their selections. Clean, quiet atmosphere, minimally decorated. Excellent variety of foods and several choices split between breakfast items or lunches. Eggs, waffles, wraps sandwiches and pastas. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I got the quesadilla chilaquiles (which I never had before or heard of) I thought it was unique, it was good, I give the food a 3 out of 5. I also got the hibiscus tea and it was pretty good. I love that the staff is friendly and attentive. The place also offers a variety of yummy desserts and pastries that you cannot pass up! The one I tried was the seeded scone, very tasty.

All people should be treated with respect no matter there age or skin color. I usually come here every Sunday after church with my kids to eat and enjoy the beautiful scene. Well today was a bit different. I ordered shrimp and grits with just bacon and of course the usual sauce it comes in. For some reason this is all I was given and when I asked the manager Gabriella the one to the right with the black hat and shirt to look at my order and why was I given such a small portion she did not say anything. Did not apologize or anything but instead told me thats what it comes with. Now I can go to the store and buy a box of grits and get way more than this small portion I was given instead of receiving this for 27.99 and no apology or anything. Perhaps just that is the portion yull get. My suggestion you never know whos walking in to recieve service at your location so you should treat all people with respect instead of brushing them off and showing no type of empathy or apology for providing someone with food like this. Instead of coming here every Sunday after church I think I will be taking my kids and I elsewhere to show my kids great customer service matter. My suggestion Gabriella needs more training on how to provide excellent service to people especially since shes the manager!

Best French toast I’ve ever had! The seasonal blueberry lemon French toast was sweet, savory and perfectly cooked. My matcha chai latte was delicious.
The chef was very accommodating.

After yoga in the park I went for an iced matcha latte. And the place has definitely some pros and cons.

Pros: really nice place with a great vibe and great service. There was a long line but it moved quick. The pastry products looked really inviting and savory. They have a wide variety of products with good prices.

Cons: I ordered a small iced matcha latte with oat milk and sugar free vanilla. I paid something closed to $9 and I didn’t enjoy the drink at all. It was really sweet (too much syrup) I don’t know if it had sugar but it felt it that way. Even Starbucks offers matcha drinks with a better grade matcha. I was expecting something with a better quality.

I’ve had coffee and refreshing drinks and they were all good. But this first time trying their match was very unpleasant

Matcha latte and regular latte were perfect for a chilly morning. Got a brown butter cookie, brown butter upside down croissant, and sticky bun. So freaking yummy. Sugary breakfast to satisfy my sweet tooth. Hubby enjoyed it too. Perfect treat after our morning walk with the 3 furbabies.

I can’t wait to come again and try other things on the menu. Downloaded the app for rewards and already have a free macaron lined up. So happy to have a Common Bond nearby. Hopefully they open one in The Woodlands too!

Common Bond never disappoints! I came here for brunch and every dish was both visually stunning and delicious.

I had the breakfast plate with scrambled eggs, bacon, a biscuit, hash brown square, and jam. The eggs were creamy and cheesy with a nice veggie mix, and the bacon was perfectly crisp. The hash brown was surprisingly unique crispy outside and soft inside, almost like a savory bread pudding. The biscuit paired wonderfully with the sweet berry jam.

I also tried the deviled eggs topped with pork belly, and WOW, easily one of my favorite bites. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The pork belly was tender and seared just right, giving a savory punch to the smooth deviled filling.

For dessert, the berries & cream croissant was light and refreshing. Flaky croissant loaded with fresh berries and whipped cream. Perfect for sharing or treating yourself!

Everything was plated beautifully and served fresh. Great service, lovely vibe, and definitely a go-to brunch spot in town. Highly recommend!
