We tried The Nouvelle Cuisine for the first time the other night and wonder why we waited so long. It is our new favorite local restaurant. The atmosphere is quaint and warm. Service was very friendly and attentive. Entrees come with a choice of soup or salad. The sea bass was cooked to perfection and served with their special potatoes, carrots and green beans. My husband raved about the molten chocolate cake, while I enjoyed the creme brulee. We highly recommend The Nouvelle Cuisine.

Nouvelle Cuisine is a beautiful, quaint, lovely restaurant with a delicious variety of plates. We started with the Homemade Crepe Stuffed with Seafood and it was absolutely fantastic. Probably one of the best seafood dishes I’ve ever eaten…and I’m Cajun. My entree was the Filet Mignon and it was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Service was intimate and attentive. Perfect birthday dinner. We will absolutely be coming back to try more dishes.

We just had our first experience at Nouvelle I can say without a doubt this has become my favorite restaurant in Spring Hill they actually deserve a Michellin Star. The food was fantastic Angela was great and the owners are so nice. They make you feel like you are dining at home. Will be back again millions of times.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting, and the owner who served us was quite friendly and knowledgeable. We started with the French onion soup, followed by the Filet Mignon for my wife and the rack of Elk for me, both of which were exquisite. Every meal includes the Gratin dauphinois, which is great for all as this side almost steals the show with how good it is. We ended with one of the best creme brulees we’ve ever had. It’s so wonderful to have a taste of culture and fine dining this far from the city.

We were looking for a fine restaurant to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary, and my wife found this spectacular nugget in Spring Hill.
Service was impeccable, many great specials, great wine and the Belgian beer selection is a huge plus. Served and described with passion by people who truly love what they’re doing!! We started with a great cheese selection and then I had the Elk Chop special and my wife had stuffed Quail.
Was truly phenomenal. We will be back again and again!! ❤️

We had an amazingly wonderful experience last evening! The atmosphere, ,service and food were impeccable. Our son traveled from Jupiter and also in Nyc and stated that his experience matched and even surpassed the restaurants in that arena. We cannot wait to go back and experience this fine dining again. Thank-you Nouvelle Cuisine for such a beautiful experience.

My husband surprised me with reservations here and this place did not disappoint. I have lived in this area for 8 yrs and had no idea we had a French restaurant! It was a very charming quaint place with great ambiance. The food was delicious. My husband had rack of lamb and I had the seafood platter. We shared cheesecake for dessert and it was a great end to a great meal. I would definitely come back.

I have lived in Dade City for 15 years and never heard of this restaurant until recently. My neighbor said it was really good and worth the upscale price. I have to agree. We had a lovely bottle of wine. The appetizer, the entree’ and the dessert were all great. I had left overs, so enjoyed the wonderful taste for another day.
The staff was warm and friendly. The owner comes to your table to tell you about the food that is expertly cooked and to take your order. The staff is professional, courteous and attentive.
One person wrote it was like being in an European restaurant. I have to agree. It’s warm and homey. We will certainly be back. Reservations are a must.

The BEST quiet fine dining get-away in Hernando. Absolutely recommend the place! Despite it’s unassuming location, the minute you cross the threshold of the entrance you enter a unique, charming & wonderful excursion from the ordinary. Fine wine selections, gracious high-end entree plates, and Isabell makes the evening so memorable & fun for each of her guests. You feel like you are the only one there being waited on even though there are tables & guests nearby. My husband and I go there whenever we have special occasions to celebrate. By no means a run of the mill night out, nor a place for a cheap date. But if you want to graciously thank or WOW someone…Nouvelle offers the experience you’ll want!
