About us Mazzios Italian Eatery It was 1961. Alan Shepard was the USA’s first man in space. Dion’s “Runaround Sue” topped the music charts. Volkswagen’s funny little car invaded America in droves. And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today. That original restaurant—named The Pizza Parlor—delighted many Tulsans with the very first pizza they ever ate. The school teacher was Ken Selby, who ran his new business virtually alone and after a full day of teaching.

I hadn’t been to this place in years, but I stopped by this week and was really disappointed. The service was poor, and the pizza was not good at all. The only highlight was the salad bar, which was still decent.

Our wings were tiny. Half our table got their wings 30 minutes before the other people. The fries for the combo wings were hot, but came out 15 minutes before the wings that they were supposed to go with. Just extremely disappointed and probably will not go back.

Came to the buffet at 5pm actually made it a little before 5pm. The pizza that was served was horrible it didn’t seem fresh and it was HARD with a burnt taste. I ordered wings, they were not fresh seem like they were already made. Don’t get me wrong their wings are good! I paid for a salad bar and used the ranch and it was a piece of curled hair in my ranch. I asked for the manager he was professional about the situation but I don’t think I will be coming back.

The food is fine, although to be fair I pretty much always order the same thing, and I don’t eat here often. The staff is fine. However, last couple of times I’ve ordered delivery the pizza came with a decent amount of the topping on the side of the box. It’s perfectly, fine, but I think I stick with carryout from now on.

I came to redeem my birthday coupon on 11/23/24 at 1:10 at the MAZZIOS in Clinton,MS the afternoon after my workout. Upon entering eatery immediately was present with an attitude from the cashier (big black girl with tattoos on arms. She didn’t give name nor have a name take that seen). I tried to at least make her smile by stating “ik you don’t want to be here” and she plain as day said “No I DO NOT”.
She proceeded to ask me what I wanted and I said buffet while also stating I had my birthday coupon, I get coupons all the time so it shouldn’t have been an issue. She told me that it “ has to be printed” which in days past all I had to do was present my phone with a clearly stated code for them to typed in. The digital coupon doesn’t state “it has to be printed at all”.
Lastly I just walked out and am currently sitting in the parking lot at 1:20pm doing this review. If you have employees that don’t want to work hire ones that will while of course paying a fair wage.
Hopefully the franchise owner sees this and rectifies the issue. I do know of him and have met him quit a few times while dining in his establishment over the year his multiple locations.

Salad bar was not fully stocked very empty some of my items was not prepared at the same time they were major heat differences

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A MAZZIOS I CAME HERE THE PIZZA HAD BARELY NO CHEESE AND WAS JUST THROWED TOGETHER AND VERY NASTY CRUST WAS HARD PASTA HAD NO MEAT EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND NOT GOOD AT ALL NO CHEESE FOR SALAD BAR EMPLOYEES WERE VERY RUDE AND MANAGER GETTO THEY I ATE IN IT WAS NOT CLEAN SALAD BAR LOOKED A MESS THIS WHOLE PLACE JUST MADE MY STOMACH HURT I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!! DID I MENTION BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

If you’ve eaten one pizza buffet, then you’ve eaten here too. Kinda pricey for the quality of pizza. I mean, I can get two mediums for the same price and a lot better. No, not terrible, but we’ll, you know.
