This location serves the worse fried chicken that I have ever had. The chicken is not even crispy fried. Just coated in oil and the mac and cheese was horrendous. KFC needs to get the game up in Miami not serve sloppy fried chicken, Especially since raising canes is next door for this location.

Went to KFC 12/24/2025 cashier ENARI Ticket#4208 4.57 pm ordered 8 Tenders two large sides 4 biscuits and 4 drumsticks. And when I drove home in that 5 o’clock heavy traffic opened my bags and what is missing ? 3 damn biscuits. Did I go back ,, No! I called the manager to let her know. I wanted to have them deliver my order but, I was afraid they was going to forget something. I just have to remember to ALWAYS CHECK THE BAGS!!!!!!!!!

It was quite good, I have chosen this branch of KFC because of the parking. The personal of the place was very kind, inside of the building was clean, chicken was delicious, like salad and bread, but French Fries were very oily. And the toilet if the premises was dirty, evenI didn’t let my kids to use it. If the administration will read my review, please, pay attention for that things. 3 stars was not enough, but 4 is more than this place deserves.

I had gone to KFC on 8/15 or 8/16 about 5pm, in addition to other things I’d ordered 2 apple pies. The obviously new trainee put 2 small mashed potatoes in my bag instead. I couldn’t return (with receipts) til Tuesday 8/19, when I did the young man on register balked at returning my $’s, I explained everything to the woman in charge who also balked, but called a superior who told her to do the right thing. Rude workers there constantly make mistakes over the many years I’ve come here but the food is good! I was made to feel awkward in front of other customers at the employees reticence to do the honest response to yet another error by them. I’ll try Cane’s next, I see that they are packed while KFC has 3 folks, treating a long time customer like brown mash, stay away!

Some days ago, I stopped by KFC in 19775 Street and US-1 to buy food, take-out way. I ordered the promotion, 6 pieces for $20. When I opened at home, the bucket, I could only find 5 and 1/4 pieces of chicken. This is not fair. I am paying for 6 pieces. This is a mockery of the client.
