Got a Negroni ($14) and wasn’t great. I’m a big Negroni buff and it wasn’t as smooth as what I’m used to.
It wasn’t balanced correctly and the Campari was front and center – way too strong.
Cool bar right in the center of the terminals and it was a chill vibe with a nice staff.

I didnt go but we were interested about the menu. She said the peanut butter espresso martini was $18. Definitely not a price I would pay. The bartender seemed nice tho.

Lisa M. strikes again! She didn’t actually hit anyone, but she sure looked and acted like she wanted to. I was the first in my party to arrive and she begrudgingly slowly worked her way towards me to take my order. The martini was small, but fine, though it’s hard to screw up cold vodka. The issue arose when the rest of my party arrived to sit with me and not immediately order alcohol. Though the bar was practically empty, she made a such a fuss about the fact they were “loitering” in her space, they moved to one of the multiple empty tables away from the area she was patrolling, to avoid interaction with the angry old woman. 3 of the 5 were planning to order something, but chose not to so as not to reward poor service. I fly in and out of PIT multiple times per month and regularly have a cocktail here. This was my first bad experience. If I see her in the future, I will stay away. Lisa M. needs to find employment where she does not have to interact with other humans.

Interesting spot at the intersection of the different concourses. Construction messes with the vibe a little, but pretty good atmosphere overall! My bar tender was friendly and attentive, but based on other reviews, the quality of bartender seems fairly hit or miss. Surprisingly decent prices for food & drink at an airport! I think it is worth looking at if you are passing through

Bartender lady asked an amputee man to move from the seats that he was sitting on… in 5 in the morning… with only 4 people in the bar total. Find a new bartender that has human empathy.

Disappointing Experience at the Martini Bar – Pittsburgh International Airport
I travel out of Pittsburgh International Airport every month and have never felt the need to leave a negative review—until now. During my recent trip, I stopped at the martini bar near the terminal and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered, all due to a bartender named Lisa M.
From the beginning, Lisa was extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to serve us certain items without explanation and made us feel unwelcome from the start. When we finally received our drinks, we were shocked to see she had overcharged us—charging double for items and even charging $1 for a plastic cup of water for my young daughter. Not only was this unreasonable, but she didn’t even offer her a proper glass.
Despite the poor service, I still left a $3 tip out of courtesy. To my surprise and embarrassment, Lisa loudly shouted across the bar, “I should just close. She left me $3!”—in front of other patrons. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but downright humiliating.
I sincerely hope management takes this seriously. Hospitality and respect should be a given in the service industry, especially in an international airport where first impressions matter. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and no customer should be made to feel the way I did.

Honestly this is the wirst bar experience I have ever had. After waiting for close to I0 minutes I ordered 2 old fashions, a draft beer and a lemon drop martini.
Old fashions came back and tasted like pure sugar no alcohol. I then politely asked to have them made with less sugar. Greeted with a major attitude. Then a manager proceeded to give me two glasses back full of ice and almost no alcohol and said here. I then walked around the other side if the bar and said look I am not all all trying to be that person but this is just a shot of Woodford and a full cup if ice. I am then met with a major attitude. My son then comes over, ticked and shares a few words because the way they are treating there dad. Then the bar tender starts to threaten and then says you know what have a nice day. Well I will and I will never come back again. If you could leave a 1/4 star that is what I would leave. Totally horrible service!!!!

This bar has a great music and vibe for an airport. Very centralized as it’s right in the center. Martinis are spot on and bartender Lisa is amaaaaaazing!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was our first time visiting this airport, and we were immediately met by an older blonde-haired woman who looked like she was having a bad day and took it out on us. She rudely demanded all our IDs and then proceeded to mock our friend for “almost turning 40” when she’s actually 34. Strike one on customer service, but we decided to give her a chance. Big mistake. When we mentioned possibly leaving, she snapped and said she wouldn’t serve us. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had in this state. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other bar in this airport. They can’t be worse.
