I own a food truck, and I unde how difficult it is to find reliable professional help, and the lady who took our order was fantastic.
Even though it was end of day and almost time to close up, she stayed friendly and fast.
I’m not 100% sure, but I think her name was Hannah, I know she mentioned that she was pregnant.
Please consider promoting this woman.
If I could offer reliable hours, I would consider poaching this woman from the store.

I stopped going to this store years ago due to horrible customer service, but I was shopping in Walmart and decided to give it a try since it has been a while. When I got in line, one of the workers was finishing up on a sandwich for one couple ahead and checking them out. Another worker that was cleaning the meat cutter informed the other worker that she would put Roast Beef away and be back in a moment. Then for the next 10-15 minutes, long enough for my boyfriend to get back from the bathroom, I was completely ignored while the worker that was still up front put away cookies and bread right in front of me but didn’t say a word while listening to music with one ear bud (I think their name was Mandy). Obviously this place hires high schoolers who couldn’t care less about being there, and I don’t know how this place as been able to stay open.

I’m sure the employees are wonderful people, but the system is absolutely broken. Maybe it’s fixed by the time you read this but they wouldn’t take any cards and only took cash, and since I didn’t carry a lot of cash that day the one thing I could get was a dipper and they didn’t have any of those in stock either. Makes me appreciate my local one a lot more.

Do not go here. Just ordered a meatball sub to go. Got home less than ten minutes later and it was cold. Like fresh out of the refrigerator cold, not even up to room temp. I cant give this to my kid. I tried to call and of course no answer and voicemail is full. Probably full of other people complaining. Food bad, service bad, atmosphere bad. Again, don’t go there.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The associate was extremely slow (the slowest I’ve seen at a Subway) at helping those in front of me. When I finally got to the front, the lady started on a giant online order that could have waited after me. I WAITED 27 MINUTES FOR ONE SANDWICH when there was only 2 people in front of me, each ordering one sandwich only. The worker was busy defending her behavior & was unapologetic for the extensive wait time. It was a JOKE. Then I went to Acentos drive through tacos and they took less than 5 minutes for 10 tacos. Lol better food, better customer service & efficiency!

Placed a mobile order here because i had shopping to do at walmart. Showed up well past the time it said my food was ready. She said my food wasnt ready and there were a couple of people in line. Long story short, i ended up waiting over an hour and 15 minutes for my food. Got home and my order wasnt even right. Contacted management and they just said “oh sorry, our people are new”. Dont waste your time or money here and take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one on 305, much better service there (and you’d have your food sooner) Worst experience at a subway ever!

Worst online order thus far. I ordered a Turkey sub. Additional ingredients via doordash came to a grand total of ONE additional ingredient, pickles.. There was no meat and no pickles on the sandwich. I would like to personally talk to the person who made my sandwich and ask what their thought process was making it.

food safety knowledge is severely lacking and a huge danger. the employee touched the register in the middle of making my sub and didn’t wash her hands before replacing only one of her gloves, she touched the inner parchment paper that touches the sandwich with her bare hand that she touched the cash register with. when i called her out for her gross hygiene she got rude and tried to say that it wasn’t standard to wash hands after touching the register. she seems miss informed.

I have gone here many times and they are the most haphazard sandwich ‘artists’ of all the locations I have visited. The staff is friendly and all, but my sandwiches are always a disaster. My wraps are not even closed! I go to Walmart for most my shopping and subway is delicious that I’m very disappointed that the convenience of the location is hindered by the unprofessional manner in which these people do their job.
*and I’ve never gotten my sandwiches with a long line or any reason for them to be flustered or in a hurry*
