I waited 6 min at the drive thru window for my food. I ordered a grill cheese for my mom and this is what we got .. seriously? This is disgusting! The kids working there don’t seem to care about their jobs. They were just laughing and carrying on while I was waiting … never going back. I’ll call management

My recent experience at Dairy Queen left much to be desired. While the establishment is known for its delicious ice cream treats, the service I received was far from satisfactory. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the popular Blizzard with Snickers was not mixed thoroughly, leading to a less-than-ideal dessert experience.
Let’s start with the service. Upon entering the store, There was no warm welcome or acknowledgment of my presence, which immediately set the tone for the rest of my visit. The employees seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm, making the atmosphere feel somewhat unwelcoming.
Moving on to the main attraction—the Blizzard with Snickers—I was let down by the preparation. Dairy Queen prides itself on its signature blend of ingredients, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The Snickers pieces were unevenly distributed, with most of them barely making it past the halfway mark. This resulted in a lack of flavor consistency, as the mix-ins were concentrated only in certain parts of the ice cream. It was disappointing to find myself eating plain ice cream towards the end, devoid of the promised Snickers goodness.
Furthermore, the speed of service was noticeably slow. There were only a few customers ahead of me, yet it took an excessive amount of time for my order to be prepared. It seemed as though the staff was not prioritizing efficiency, resulting in unnecessary delays and extended waiting periods. This sluggishness detracted from the overall experience and left me feeling frustrated.
While Dairy Queen has a reputation for providing delightful frozen treats, my recent visit did not live up to expectations. The lackluster service, coupled with the inadequately mixed Blizzard, left me unsatisfied. Improvements in staff engagement, attention to detail during preparation, and overall efficiency would greatly enhance the customer experience.

Service was great, they were very polite. Their display needs some work. If you’re trying to read the menu it continues on to the back of the work space which makes it hard to read. The restrooms were clean but cramped. But their smoothies are great.

Good friendly service. Breakfast tacos are good but I made better. Make better than me and I’ll give 5 stars. Everything else on the menu looks good. Will go back and try other menu items.

I was happy there is STILL a DQ open near my home since there were so many Dairy Queen restaurants that closed at once. I read the reviews and was a little unsure buuut it’s been months since I’ve had a Blizzard. The service was quick the atmosphere was VERY quiet. Overall a good experience for me and my kid .

Im not sure if this location just doesn’t care about their job. But I am going to limit myself coming here. Every time I have ordered its always wrong. Everything is cold or luke warm. I ordered a chicken taco salad. This is supposed to be in a shell! Do you see a shell?! Cause I don’t. Lettuce must have just been washed or something as I have nothing but soggy lettuce and water at the bottom of my bowl. I am absolutely done bringing my business here. The only thing you don’t mess up is the ice cream. That is the only why I am not giving you a 1 star.

I waited 25 minutes for what was suppose to be a 4 piece chicken strip basket which includes fries. Horrible experience!!! One of the strips was more like a chicken nugget. Everything was overcooked and on its way to being burnt. The toast was pitiful! Basically, no fries! This was a waste of time and money!

I got a “Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard”. The Blizzard was mostly ice cream on top and some Reese’s down at the bottom of the cup. It was two big hollow places in it making it only really about 1/2 a cup full!
So I call them and NO ONE picked up the phone after several back-to-back calls. I would have left a message but voicemail it was full!
Total fail…!

I guess I didn’t have to dig too far for the treasure! I’m not going to lie, I am disappointed the candy was not throughout the Blizzard! The food was cooked fresh, so that kind of made up for some of the disappointment!
