Been craving some good wings and finally found them here at 38th St, Tacoma, Wing Stop! My first visit! Barbara and Samuel hooked me up with a 20 piece bone in deal, I chose mild, Korean, parm and lemon pepper. Perfectly prepared! I’ll be back to try more flavors! I always give fair reviews and remain impartial. This wingstop is terrible it took forever to get my order, and it was dripping with grease. Find another location. This was a uber order that the driver had to wait on. The total delivery time was an hour and a half 3 mile trip

I have never had wings more dry in my entire life. When you ask for extra sauce, it’s implied you want the wings saucy. The fries also had zero seasoning and were cold like they’d been sitting out all day. For what my husband paid for the food- it was not great.

If you want to witness incompetency at its finest, this location is for you. They got this kid doing the pick up orders who couldn’t understand the simplest of names. I had to repeat the pick up order name to him 8 times, amongst other customers having to repeat themselves more than once. Then the older lady at the register asked me, again, after I’ve already said it numerous times. Then I saw her yelling at customers about ordering but they already mentioned they were browsing the menu and weren’t ready, three times. The younger gal was doing amazing and her best, but I don’t think having the 2 of their worst employees dealing with the customers, is wise. It just seems like a poor business decision. I waited 31 minutes for a pick up order.

Wingstop have awesome wings ranging from the traditional buffalo style to the barbecue.
Today we ordered boneless hickory smoked barbecue and buffalo style. I also ordered bone-in lemon pepper wings with extra seasoning and some ranch.
The dipping ranch here is by far the best I have ever had in comparison to many other restaurants. If you ever want to just pick up some of this alone its worth it.
They have an amazing new buffalo ranch fries is to die for!!! It complements the buffalo style boneless very well.
The flavors Cajun rub and popular garlic Parmesan is also well worth trying!
The negative part is that you have to be patient to wait on it-which is fine by me.
The workers appearance can improve whereas they occasionally looking like covered in sauce. Some locations have workers who needs extensive customer service training. When it gets extremely busy – count on waiting for larger amount of time whereas they can get easily get overwhelmed by customer volume. Therefore, plan ahead so you can beat the lunch rush.

My food especially my hot honey wings lacked seasoning and sauce. So we went in to ask for more and were told it was our doing for not asking for extra to begin with. Which I’ve never had to previously before this new management. I thought 3rd time is a charm with this new team but I’ve been disappointed each time.
