Honestly, I’ve had much better Panera. The main draw to this one is the convenience of the location, as it is right off the expressway. I feel like I have bad luck with the service being slow or missing items. Additionally, the soup have been pretty watered down the past few times. It’s not bad in any way, but just not that good.

I remember when you first opened. The bread used to be the size of the knife handle.. now look at the size. Smaller portions and cost more.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Nothing more comforting for a kiddo than grilled cheese and tomato soup!
The cashier stepped away to refill necessary items in the dining room and before he could get back someone else was already stepping up to make sure the person who had just walked in was promptly cared for.
Based on the older reviews I’ve read, it seems like this location has greatly improved!

The MANAGER and the CREW on the afternoon shift that powered thru that lunch rush like nothing are such great bunch! I came on Sunday 02/08 at 12:30pm and shared a good lunch here with my girlfriend. Whole crew was super nice, and they did everything perfectly by the book! Food was always hot tasty, everything was stocked, (even the liquid pumps) and it came out faster than you can spell Panera backwards. Eyes were always on the prize when I peeked behind the counter. Coming from a previous business owner, Hats off!

Almost $16 for what’s basically a side salad is CRAZY. I’d hate to see what the half size looks like. Lesson learned… definitely won’t be making that mistake again. Pictured is a full size strawberry chicken caprese salad. Also ordered the full size chicken Caesar salad that was the same size. Super disappointed.

This Panera has ruined how I feel about all Paneras. Without fail, every time something is wrong, not hot enough, terrible service, etc. Today I picked this soup up for my 7 year old recovering from the stomach bug. And this was the chicken in her soup.

Their prices are quite high. The soup was tasty, hot and a generous portion. The staff were friendly. Service was quick. The dining area could have been cleaner. Most of the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned from breakfast.

I placed an order through the drive-thru at this location. I got the pick two with Wild Rice Soup and Bacon Turkey Bravo. My soup wasn’t so hot and my sandwich had a small about of bacon. I like the restaurant, just probably will visit another location. $13 for two items , I would prefer them better prepared

Patrick seems to have changed this whole place for the better. While I can’t possibly know that Patrick has made the difference single-handedly, I do know that ever since he showed up service, food, and vibe at this Panera ratcheted up from a 2 to a 5 star stop. So happy my Sunday breakfast is now so…happy. :-D. Thank you, Patrick!
