I ordered the Bourbon BBQ wings! The employee there today was very patient and kind with helping me order. They came pretty quickly, and I loved them! They were fried fresh to order and came with sliced cucumber and house-made ranch. All of their sauces are House-made including the Bourbon BBQ! You can taste the difference!

My food was fresh and on point. Favorable and less than 10 minutes wait. I did the survey and got a free 9 wing and fries combo the next day. I got the spicy mango bourbon sauce both times and both times was a 10/10 .

Came here on my lunch break. Long wait for my food and then my grilled Turkey Chop was raw. When I returned it, the cook asked me where it was raw even though it was disgustingly apparent. The cashier was very polite however the manager had not yet been trained and didn’t know how to process a return as I was told she’d just been promoted. Ultimately I was able to get my money back but I’d be too afraid to give them another try.

Waited 45 minutes for a sandwich. Upon asking for a refund do to the absurd delay, the manager was brought to the front. He never spoke a word to me, and never apologized for the wait. Instead he yelled at the kid working the register, walked into the back and magically found my food, and then proceeded to literally throw it across the counter at me. Again never speaking to me directly. I would give 0 stars if possible. Oh and I never got the refund. After this whole debacle went down every single employee magically disappeared until I left.

This place is the most disorganized kitchen I’ve ever seen. We waited for a half hour before giving up and requesting a refund. The manager was nice about it and offered to give us the food in addition to the refund. However the kitchen had already given our food to someone else. ?!?!? Be smart and just say no to a visit here.

Don’t bother. Two half assed sandwiches and two canned sodas = $30. It wasn’t busy, yet they had no fries or homemade chips at lunch time. Which is fine–that would habpve cost $10 more. Servers could not care less.

Previous posts were right. Two sandwiches were about $30. The female cashier needs to move on. A worker texting on phone while customers are waiting is in bad form not to mention just rude. Avoid at all costs.
