Getting Worse and worse I saw bojangles backed out to the curb and only 1 person in the drive through at Arby’s so I went to arbys. Well I waited forever behind that 1 car and by the time they were done taking the order I knew I should’ve went to bojangles. I finally got up to the thing and I know what I wanted so I told him 3 chicken sliders and a white cheddar mac and cheese. He was hard to hear but finally he said okay let me get your total, he must be new becouse it took a few minutes to get my total. He finally told me and I pulled up to the window, I told the person in the window my order to confirm it knowing its an assistant manager and they interrupted me as soon as I started to talk, with the total. So on top of all of that they definitely need to practice building the food and putting it in the correct containers and work on their customer service! This isn’t the only time stuff like this has happened but im very disappointed Arby’s and I will never be coming back!

Generally a good Arby’s I see the same people working there so that’s a good indicator too. Burgers are a bit pricy but consistently good. The general Arby’s menu items are what you’d expect also.

I made an online order, and once I arrived, it was chaos. Customers were basically ignored while the staff tried to figure out what went where. And yes, my order was not correct. Very disappointing experience, and sadly, common place in fast food today.

We usually go in to order but decided to use the app this time and take advantage of the 25% off first online order…best experience ordering online. Ordered from the parking lot then walked straight in and they were actually putting our food and drink on the counter in the designated spot making our trip out for dinner super easy and super fast. No one came to the counter to take our order for some time. Then we had to repeat the order 4 times. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot. Customer service needs help. They all need a refresher class!
