I still think Wendy’s has some of the best burgers and fries around. Had a Dave’s Double with everything on it, fries and drink. Around $11. They have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, so there’s a crazy number of drinks to choose from. Seagrams sugar free orange Ginger Ale anyone?
Employees were polite and the place was spotless. It’s also the most spartan fast food place I’ve ever seen. No decorations, etc. But I came for the food, not the atmosphere.

Had a mobile order and when I got there they made the drink and frosty then said some of the food was still cooking please pull over into a slot. Took over 20 minutes to get a salad, a biggie meal, and a chicken sandwich. If you know your food service is that slow why make an ice cream drink so it can really start melting before you can get it home to your kid. This Wendy’s is terribly slow and not worth the wait.

Complete experience was very nice! From taking my order, friendly & efficient (repeated to make sure order was correct) to the politeness taking my money/giving me my order. And to top it off, I have NEVER received an order that looked as good at the commercial. It may have only been 2 jr bacon cheese burgers but it was made with care & not just all slapped together & packaged. I was so impressed I HAD to write a book for a review. The name on the receipt was Jelly. So Jelly, thank you for a wonderful experience!!

The 3 stars I gave it for service is because I walked in and nobody at the counter the last 2 times I visited and I couldn’t see anyone at all for like 5 minutes but just when I was starting to walk out someone came out.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
We placed a mobile order and half of it was wrong. We went back about 5-10 minutes later to have it fixed, and the manager completely brushed us off. We were told we’d get our whole order remade fresh — but that was a lie! All they did was give us the missing items they forgot the first time. (Not what was incorrect) Absolutely unacceptable.

So, while I understand 10:30pm isn’t your busiest time of day and appreciate you being open at this time, if you’re gonna have us pull forward and wait 10 min for our food, at least make sure it’s all fresh! Everything was soggy and stale except for 1 small fry.

I dont like leaving reviews. But I went there on a Sunday morning and the customer service was awful. I asked what sides they had and she had to look and didnt tell me, I was confused and the woman just had an awful attitude. Then I paid for my food with a $50.00 bill, and then when I got the reciet and change- she didnt count it out which is usually etiquette, and didnt tell me my change. I look on the reciet- said that I paid with a $20, not a $50 so didnt say the change either. I told the women for future reference dont do that, I need to know the change. She just rolled her eyes and continued. Horrible. I worked in food service, I know its busy. But thats lazy. That is poor service and leaves customers confused and scared of thievery. I was told that is was a worker that worked there for a long time and all I can think is- really?! I understand its fast food but come on. That is just basic people skills.

Had me park in drive thru and wait 20 mins. Had to go inside in my slippers to find out whole order was forgotten and wait again. When it was done they forgot 1/3 of the meals.

Sooo disappointed. After a super long wait with no one ahead of me, these were the cheese fries I received. Not hot, and not to even mention the lack of cheese slopped on to one spot.
