They told us to park out in the front because the order was not ready and after 20 minutes of waiting for our order we went inside to see what was going on and our food was sitting on the counter. They didn’t have the courtesy to bring our food out after making us wait … Our food was cold and soggy

I recently visited the new Jack in the Box and was impressed by its appearance. However, after a long car ride with my dogs, I was disappointed by the poor customer service. I had planned to use the restroom quickly and then order dinner through the drive-thru for a picnic with my friend. Unfortunately, the staff demanded that I make a purchase before providing the restroom code. I explained my intention to buy food after using the restroom, but the staff was uncooperative. As someone with a medical condition that necessitates urgent restroom use, I found this experience particularly frustrating. This encounter left a negative impression, and I will choose to patronize other establishments in the future. It is essential for businesses to recognize the importance of treating customers with kindness and respect, as this directly impacts employee hours and revenue.

[Emplyees sitting on the job watching customers drive thru] This is the kind of service you get during business hours. Employees just watched 2 vehicles go by and did not get up until they saw my phone out. Real nice.

It’s kind of difficult to pull in the drive-through so I let some lady in in front of me noticed she had a big truck when I went up to the window to pay for my order. I found out that she had paid for it already. What a great thing to do even the staff were amazed such a good job by the staff as well

This location is always dirty, tables all had crums last visit. They were out of sauces and just felt subpar being there. The food was way too greasy too. Do better to make this location feel upgraded.

Placed an online order for drive thru pickup a week ago and did not recieve a single item I ordered. I returned the food to get what I ordered and submitted a complaint online. Today I placed another online order and when I picked it up at the drive thru window the employee confronted me about complaining about the previous online order that wasn’t accurate. I just told the employee I didn’t recieve a single thing I ordered and had every right to complain about it. The employee went on about how he disagreed and I told him I didn’t care and no longer wanted the food I was there to pickup and expected a refund and left the drive thru. I was still charged for the food I did not recieve due to the rudeness of this employee so now I have to wait until it clears pending on my credit card to call my credit card company to let them no the purchase was not authorized. I would stay far away from this place and beware if you complain about something the employees confront you the next time you go back. I for one will never go back after today.
