I think I’m done with major coffee shops like Starbucks. Not sure if it’s all or just this location but I walked in this afternoon and ordered a medium iced coffee, black. I would have thought that was a simple order, as that is often what I get. It didn’t seem like there were that many people but after I ordered my coffee, I went to the end to wait. It seemed like more and more people just walked in and waited. I think they were mobile orders because they would all just walk out with their coffee. I waited almost 15 minutes and still didn’t have my coffee. I needed to be at an appointment so I just left. Hopefully someone else could enjoy it on my behalf.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. They’re always on it with mobile ordering and the team is very welcoming. Whenever Phil is working, I know it’s going to be a good day. He’s super helpful, friendly and takes care of everyone who walks in the door. Thank you, Phil!

Do not normally leave reviews for Starbucks because I think most people know what to expect. Staff was super friendly and accommodating especially considering it was just after 5am when we stopped by. One of the larger Starbucks with plenty of seating as well.

We were at Starbucks tonight and the attendant was extremely racist, xenophobic and uneducated. She took our money, extremely irritated, harassing him and saying that they would close in thirty seconds, then throwing the coins and barely responding to us when we tried to see how to make the change easier, she treated us very badly, I mentioned the horrible service and they thought it was bad . I continued talking about the terrible service and leaving, the other attendant started clapping when I called them racist, I took my cell phone to film and he hid. We paid for two coffees, a croissant and a lemon cake, but they didn’t give us the lemon cake, after we left the store we realized that we left without the cake and came back after all, we paid for it. The staff refused to welcome us and deliver our lemon cake which we paid for! Horrible service, terrible experience with extremely racist and xenophobic employees and I still felt robbed for not having my cake or my money. I want and want my cake money back, it’s not much, but it’s my money!!!!!

Had an awesome conversation. #HarryPotter the drink came out PERFECTLY AND GORGEOUS. It was so hard to get a pictures with out sipping some of it first. Service was quick for me with the 3 cars ahead

Don’t mobile order for the drive thru here, because you will be waiting way over the estimated time, and you’ll wait through the whole drive thru line just to have them tell you to pull around to go inside and wait for your drink, despite being able to make the peoples drinks who order at the drive thru speaker in a reasonable amount of time. There were only 3 people in the drive thru when we came so it wasn’t like it was an extremely busy time. But this is the 3rd time this has happened to us at this location.

I placed a mobile order for the drive-through which I typically don’t do and if I ever have to order here again, I will not do wait about 10 minutes in the drive-through line behind four cars for me to be handed my drink while the guy was nice and apologize for the late seemed a little excessive Especially before 7 AM on a Saturday
