This bk is on hy. 90 in gautier,ms. The manager here is really good. Keeps good help.

Candie and Keelee made sure not only that our order was correct but checked on us afterward to see if we needed anything. They did this for all 10 people in the dining room. They brought at atmosphere that will have us revisiting them often. Great crew! You could feel the love ❤️

They absolutely do not care about the food they put out the fries were cold the burgers were just slapped together there was ketchup all over everything because of the way they wrapped the food up I spent 40 dollars just to throw half of it in the garbage cold food and high price not for me anymore.

I ordered 2 Southwest Bacon Whopper combos and a Ch’King Deluxe combo. I received 2 regular bacon whoppers, not southwest. I received a spicy Ch’King Deluxe which is not what I ordered. The one star is for the fries being hot but I’m HIGHLY disappointed that I did not get what I ordered.

If you had asked me a year ago how I liked the Burger King here, I would have told you that it was the worst Burger King. I’ve ever been to in my life. I got sick from eating there many times and the staff was always rude and unfriendly, never welcoming or kind at all. And every single time you would go, they always always messed your order up. Now, the new manager there showed me a new side of that Burger King today, and I believe they’re finally finally headed in the right direction. I believe the owner. It’s made the perfect decision and who was going to manage the place this time. Good job, sir, and good luck. But I like what I see so far. Just keep up the amazing work!

After walking in the door, I was told that the lobby was closed. No sign on the door indicating it’s closed. Door was unlocked; somebody left their keys in the door. Ran a mobile order and waited in the drive-through. The order was incorrect as you can see from the ticket and the fact that my sandwich has lettuce. Also, my two small fries were nowhere to be found.

I normally receive fresh food from here, but I’m not this day, it wasn’t there best. I ordered my sandwich without eggs, so I assumed it would be fresh.
Unfortunately the sandwiches were from earlier in the a.m., but it was only 8 ish. I toughed it out with the first sandwich because I was on the road and needed food to take medication. I returned the sandwich, and while waiting to speak with the manager, I watched one of the team members filling condiment containers on the counter where we order, pay, and retrieve our food.
Friendly staff, and the manager was understanding. I’ll return again – I’m sure it was a fluke.
