What a nice experience. Friendly & attentive. Not from the area but it was nice after a 12 hour drive to have good food and friendly interactions. I love that Arbys isn’t run off the mill fast food flavors. Always interesting tastes. Steak nuggets tender and tasty. Bronco sauce is a nice sweet to the jalapeño bites. Good job!

Always pleasent and happy staff greet you when you walk in. Through service and food is SPECTACULAR of course. My favorite is the half chicken and a loaded baked potato, comes with one zucchini bread.
It is always clean and for some reason isn’t crazy busy. I don’t think enough people realize the quality of food you get at Arby’s. It’s always our first choice on a family outing to get Arby’s.

This Arby’s was really nices. Very clean. Atmosphere was really nices as well. Plus they have alot on the menu. Corn pudding was on the menu. I have to try it next time I go back. And the food was good as well. Very fast with the orders.

Service staff were not friendly. I used the drive-thru window to order, and the person who took my order didn’t say hello or thank you. She gave me the price and held out her hand for payment. My card was returned with the receipt bunched up.
The temperature of the food was lukewarm, definitely not hot. I couldn’t enjoy the crinkle fries. When I opened my box, the fries and boneless wings were all jumbled up. This isn’t very good packaging. Also, there was barbecue sauce on the outside of the box from whoever prepared the food.
I also ordered the bacon ranch sandwich, which I thought was very delicious. The deli meat was ample and fresh.

Order at 1pm and this is what they gave me. Also asked for crinkle fries got half a serving of curly fries. Called. The manager did not want to give me a refund until I return to the store. Since it costed 15 bucks, Im gonna keep this stinky bag at my desk until I get there. Worst service I’ve ever had. Ruined my entire lunch. I will never eat here again. Arby’s in Petersburg Va

Quite possibly the nicest Arby’s in existance, with a beautiful patio. Fast and very friendly service. This is a great place to stop and stretch your legs if you are traveling!

Staff was very friendly. I asked if they had a senior discount or a free senior drink. The cashier asked the manager. The manager said: I’m not sure, but I’ll give you 10% off just for asking! How nice was that? She then asked for a name for our order. Most places will call out your name, when your order is ready. Not here! They never called our name. They just brought it straight to our table! Talk about service! I ordered the French Dip, and my sister had ordered the Classic roast beef sandwich. Both of our sandwiches were hot with ample meat and super fresh bread! So glad we stopped here!
