Not really the guy to post a bad review, but the customer service was so awful here I never want to go back. Guy working the slicer was very rude and rushed. Girl who did toppings made it incorrectly right in front of me. Look at this slop.

Trash. I’ve ordered here 3 times, because it’s new and maybe they’re learning. First time was fine. Second time, they forgot all the accoutrements on my chicken salad sub, forgot onion on the other sub, and gave me the wrong chips. 3rd time I got the super sub and it only had ham!! I’m not paying $20 for a flippin ham sandwich! NOT worth the price. Never again.

placed a mobile app order. apparently you need to actually watch your sandwich get made or they will miss ingredients and still charge you for them. would not return or recommend. we received old petrified cheese (the slice was hard and sitting upright, gross) and sour tasting tomatoes. quality needs to be reviewed by your management for sure

I can’t give anything less than 5 stars for this location and the service from Chris that works here. I called in after my door dash delivery person decided to cancel minutes before the store closed WITH MY SANDWICH (guess he decided he was hungry) and called the store at 9pm (they close at 9). I explained the situation, my order, and what I really wanted as I am currently expecting my 3rd child (cravings!) Chris asked me how far we live, and said if we can get there in the next 10-15 he will fulfill it and apologized for everything when it wasn’t even their fault, it was the dasher. This man stayed open, handed my husband the order I should’ve gotten at my front door, said it was on the house, and even added a cookie!

Establishments do not owe us anything and do not have to go above and beyond, yet, Chris did. I greatly appreciate you SO much. You made our families night. We appreciate your kindness, attentiveness, and just being a nice/understanding human being.

I met Mike, now this is a guy who claims to be from Jersey but probably doesnt even have a framed photo of Chris Christie in his Hackensack home. I met him while I was using the urinal and he was at the station to my left. He made lots of funny noises while we were in there. After a while he told me he is Mike. The Jersey Mike. Then he pulled out a sandwich from his pocket and gave me a bite. He said it was special salami, Mikes Way. He had his way with it all right, after I ate it I went home and watch TV for 6 hours, when I came to I remembered I dont have a TV I live in a dumpster (I had a rough Divorce I’m still getting on my feet). Still looking for that special salami.

I just want to give a shout out to whomever was working today, December 27th at 2:30pm! I called them to help us find a set of lost keys that we possibly lost at Starbucks (their neighbour) because Starbucks had their phone presumably off the hook and this woman was so nice and took time out of her busy work day to go and check for us.

Great customer service but also just a great human ❤️ Thank you so much!!

I placed an order on the mobile app. When i got to the store, i had to wait almost 20 mins. They were working on catering. And 5 other customers who walked into the store, placed their order, food was made, they paid and left. All while i was standing their waiting. I understand if i had a BIG order but I didnt. Your signs have order online, skip the lines. I would have been better off walking in.

Twenty dollars for a giant was not worth it. Barely any meat and just loaded with lettuce And tomato, when I asked for light lettuce. I was charged for extra bacon and didn’t ask for extra. We used a coupon, buy one get one free any size sandwich and it was over 30.00 i have been wanting to give Jersey mikes a try and now I can say that I have
And I don’t think I will be back. It wouldn’t be fair to recommend this to others.

Horrible. So what did I get for my $22. A giant pile of half wilted lettuce with some microscopically thin cold cuts. Go to any pizza place in the area and you will get less bread, more cold cuts at half the price. The first woman behind the counter completely ignored me when I walked in. A second woman came out of the rest room and tried to take my order but they had the music blasting so loud I had to raise my voice and repeat myself 6 times. Hint to the manager: your employees need an attitude adjustment and why do you think it’s a good idea to put a speaker directly over the service counter? Not that it matters to me; I’m never coming back. Visit was 11/16 at 1045
Cheers
