A Slice of Heaven and the Best Deal in Town!
I just had to drop a review after trying the incredible pizza deal here—and let me tell you, this place is an absolute must-visit! Everything about the experience, from the food to the service, was top-notch.
First, let’s talk about the food. The pizza itself is truly wonderful. The slices were generously topped with a perfect layer of melted mozzarella that had a fantastic stretch, and the pepperoni cups up perfectly. The crust hits that sweet spot of being chewy yet crisp. And the garlic knots? They are the soft, buttery, garlicky perfection you hope for, especially when dipped in their vibrant marinara sauce.
But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible value. Being able to get those two amazing slices, the fresh garlic knots, and a drink all for such a great price makes this the best lunch (or dinner) deal around. It’s affordable quality that doesn’t sacrifice taste or portion size.
Finally, the staff here are genuinely the nicest people. They were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.
If you’re looking for fantastic pizza, unbeatable prices, and service with a smile, you need to stop by! Five stars all the way!

This local joint is great!!! You can tell they are passionate about their food! They make homemade soups and salads that are delish!!! And the seating area is spacious and very clean. And who doesn’t love brick fired ovens for pizza! You definitely need to check this out!

Ok. We have lived here for a couple years now and today was actually my first time trying this place. I was a little put off by the high cost for the pizza I wanted ($42) but I got a 20% off coupon so I decided to take a chance at $28. Big mistake. The place is very nicely put together. Very presentable location. The staff appeared annoyed the entire time. My pizza was 12 minutes late, which is not a big deal. But at least tell me things are behind. The place wasn’t that busy. But the score has to do with the pizza itself. It was below average and at a premium price. The cheese is what saved the pizza. I don’t know if they ran out of sauce and went and bought Prego sauce, but it tasted cheap. The crust had absolutely no flavor. The pepperoni was good, but I ordered extra, and it didn’t seem to have extra. In my opinion, I enjoy the $12.99 thick crust at Little Ceasars more than this. I am just being honest

My brother from Columbus used to come for a visit and the family would meet at Dad’s house where bro promptly ordered pizza from the Pizza Place across from Parkersburg High School. I’d go with him to pick it up and enjoy a private conversation with my brother. Even in Columbus he’d never found a pizza he loved more and he made Pizza Place lovers of us all. I was ecstatic when we got one in Marietta. It’s the crust that makes it my favorite but the sauce, pepperoni, and cheese blend so perfectly! I’ve only eaten there once as we usually have it delivered but the atmosphere was fine. It’s just that with so many people coming and going, it’s a very “happening” restaurant. It costs more than other pizzas but that’s because it IS more—you’ll find one or two slices fill you up.

I placed an order today in Marietta, Ohio. I spoke with a girl named Abby. I ordered a Large Custom Neapolitan pizza. She asked what that was, thin or thick. I replied Thin. After placing the order, I provided my preferred method of payment. She laughed and then asked me to repeat the details 4 times. Patiently I provided the card number. She then asked if I could pay with a different card, I said yes, and my purchase was approved. I verified my preferred card balance. I have funds. There was nothing wrong with the card at all. After giving her the different approved method of payment she kept saying ” yep” ” yep” as I was saying the numbers to her, and I thought that was rude. It was blatantly obvious, this is a game to her. I should not have to switch or change cards. Abby ingenuinely apologized for ” the hassle” . Her apology lacked sincerity. My complaint stems from if you know your inconveniencing me upfront, thats its poor customer service thus ruining the reputation I grew up with. Ive also noticed that when I do order from Pizza Place in person or by phone, they realize I am African American and can hear my accent by phone; thats when their employees underlying racism starts in general, everytime. Sad but true. I hope it ends for sure. That was my last order. Da’nean Franklin

Expensive by the slice. Edible but pretty bland taste. There’s not much flavor at all, looks great but it tastes like ai. If you like the taste of crust rather than sauce, cheese or pepperoni, this is the spot for you. Had it a few times just to be sure, they’re at least consistent.

This was so disappointing. Sunday 1/11/2026, my twin sister and I were the only customers in there around 3pm. Ordered 4 slices of pizza, two thick and two thin pepperoni. Waited about 7-10 minutes. Didn’t even open the box until we got all the way back to Parkersburg. All 4 slices were burnt to a crisp, black crust, brown cheese. Inedible. The two guys working today weren’t new. They’ve been there a while but how could they let those 4 slices leave their store? Please make your prices match your quality or make your quality match your prices. We drive to Marietta because the Parkersburg locations are becoming as bad. Looks like Marietta is too.

A storm washed out our Friday night at the Sternwheel Festival. So we stayed at the hotel and asked for a delivery food recommendation. This was the clerk’s top choice. Nice menu with interesting items. We ordered a thick crust Meat Lover and a tomato cucumber salad. Food came to the hotel 30 min later.
Pizza was great. Sauce had a unique aftertaste. Salad was simple but excellent. Together it made a great meal. Highly recommend. Great food and service.

I don’t know what the problem was but this pizza was just not good. Too many banana peppers,. They were just pickled. Not good on pizza. Little to no sauce at all an the new york crust was hard an tough. Sausage tasted off. The salads were very good ascwas service an atmosphere. I won’t say don’t try it because of my review but I didn’t like it an won’t go again. We were just passing through on the way to Cleveland an decided to stop.
