Wife got us dinner, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, except when I opened my sandwich it lacked.. the chicken. I drove back to the store and they happily replaced the entire sandwich with a new one that had chicken this time. Haha I used to work fast food I understand. This was humorous more than anything else. Overall it was a good meal.

1st off they should be sued for advertising products they do not carry. Whe cares if Wichita has it. This is hutch, 2ndly the 11th street Arby’s is trash, I call that the poor Arby’s cuz it dirty and the people aren’t motivated. 3rd, my sandwich was made twice and was still wrong. They kept over putting product. U can buy the same sandwich from both Arby’s in town and they will taste different. If I’m the owner I’d be pissed my employees suck

My son chose Arby’s for lunch/dinner, and we had a good experience. There was only one other customer in the store. We actually thought the dining room might be closed, but it wasn’t. We ordered 2 double roast beef sandwiches with cheese and curly fries and a french dip with curly fries. Everything was really good. We ate inside the restaurant, several of the tables were dirty, but we found one that wasn’t and enjoyed our meal. It would be nice if you didn’t have to ask employees for sauce packets or salt or forks.
