Not the best, not the worst, just somewhere in between. The most disappointing fact is that the nan was not homemade. It appears to have been purchased from a store.
The second issue was it gave me a stomach ache. Maybe too oily because I generally am not bothered by spice.
The meal itself was fine. Flavor was good, but it was also lacking depth. Would’ve liked a little more sustenance to my dish.
Was it worth $20+ and would I go again? No.
Am I glad I tried it? Yes, but I believe there are a few better options available in town for the money. Would love to see this team really step up their game and push the quality of Rapid’s Indian food like I know they are capable of. Come on guys, you can do it!

We had the team from Ruth’s Kitchen to our climbing gym for our latest event. They were very responsive, showed up on time, and everyone loved the food! They were even willing to do a vegan dish for our customers upon last minute request. And the samosas might be the best in town!

Really great spices and flavor. I was new to Punjabi style food, which is similar to Indian food, but with a few differences. Enjoy ordering from this truck every time they are at Cohort for trivia on Tuesday.

This is a food truck that was allowed to visit on base. We dont have many food options on base so I decided to give this a try. I paid at least $17 for a small container of butter chicken, which was not bad, but nothing I would get again unless I had no other choice. Some of the chicken was black. Its sorta like when you freeze fresh chicken and then use it a week or 2 later. Meaning just dried out. I didn’t finish the small container. The garlic naan was store brought. I HAVE NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE EATEN store brought naan bread. I think the middle eastern cultures would be disappointed if they found out and probably disown them. Otherwise the daughter in law and father who owns the truck are open and dont mind engaging in conversation.

Flavor was great, however I got 2 tiny little pieces of chicken with a dump truck worth of rice. Could have been more balanced, but they were just trying to fill a take out container, threw most of the rice away.
