I had an amazing experience at Chima Steakhouse on Las Olas, and Tayse truly made our night unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She explained everything clearly, checked on us at the perfect times, and made sure our table had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her energy was welcoming and genuine, and she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every part of the experience. The service was just as impressive as the food. If you’re dining at Chima, definitely ask for Tayse — she’s outstanding! We’ll absolutely be back.

My friends recommended this place. We go to Fogo de Chão at least once a month and wanted to see how different this could be; it turned out to be significantly better. It is a top-tier establishment. While the gourmet salad bar has fewer items than Fogo’s, it is more than sufficient and feels more protected, which is a positive. The meats were exceptional. The staff was excellent, and a major advantage is that the team remembers your preferred doneness after being told once, whereas at other similar places, you have to remind them every time. We loved it and will definitely return. The opportunity to listen to live music outside afterward is also a great bonus.

All of the food was delicious. As a dessert lover, I knew I had to try the desserts and they were wonderfully delicious!

Chima Steakhouse delivers excellence across the board. From the moment we arrived, the service and the food were absolutely top-tier—truly a 10/10 experience. While we do wish it were a bit closer (we made the trip from Miami), it was 100% worth it.
A special mention to Angel, Felipe, Deniel, Oreste, and the rest of the staff, who went above and beyond to make the night exceptional. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and hospitality made for a truly memorable experience.
And the food—every single cut delivered was outstanding. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and nonstop excellence. The legendary pineapple was the perfect finish and absolutely lived up to the hype.

Chima Steakhouse is, without a doubt, one of the best Brazilian steakhouses I have ever had! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and operates like a well-oiled machine—everything was on point.
The food was absolutely amazing. Every cut of meat served by the gauchos was cooked perfectly, whether you like medium-rare or well-done; they truly have it all.
This visit exceeded all expectations, and I am already looking forward to my next opportunity to go again!

I had previously had a bad experience here for my birthday, and was offered complementary dinner cards as a result. Today, I went again. Also, celebrating my birthday.
We went to the bar while waiting for our table. I got a cosmo that was delicious. The dining room had been updated. We got sat at a table we specifically requested, and the hostesses were very pleasant. Our server was also very nice, and made sure to check on us throughout our meal (something that didn’t happen last time). The food was delicious. Steaks nicely seasoned and cooked perfect.
Overall, an excellent night. Very glad to see that the service has improved.
