I ordered for here to eat and they called out order as if to go. We waited since they usually bring us the food. They called it again and I saw they called our table number. So it’s ok, I get our food and I ordered a add on (cheese) for our hot n spicy. There wasn’t any. So I went back and the lady said I got that for you. Came back seconds later with a cold cheese on it. I mean I thought it would at least warm it up, let it melt. Just not satisfied since we always come here and enjoy the food. (Trying to post a picture of the cheese but it won’t let me.)

Incompetence plays a huge role at this establishment. Incorrect and/or incomplete orders happen quite often, thank you or you’re welcome is not in employee’s vocabulary and coffee is absolute trash. Better off eating Dairy Queen. At least they’ll show you manners while handing over their hard as a brick, buns.

The Employees here dont help you we needed help on the kiosk and they kept ignoring us. Then we went through drive though instead and they took literally 5 minutes to take our order. The McDonald’s was empty, no customers at all I dont know what took them so long to take our order.

Went inside and could only order with the Kiosk. Nobody up front to check in on the food with. Waited way too long for the staff to say they never got an order from the kiosk I asked for a refund with my receipt and heard no apology. Absolute trash system for a big company to have. We had only ordered some iced coffees.

This location is less than a year old, basically brand new. Poor service from the get go. I just got a small cheese burger but noticed they charged me for wanting extra pickles. I looked on the burger and there were 3 pickles total. Save your frustration and go to the Burger Barn down the road.
