I’m really disappointed with my experience at Tropical Café today. The server handling the drinks, Harsh, was extremely rude. We clearly requested less ice, but the drink came with even more. When we politely asked for an extra cup, the response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
This happened on Monday around 3:30 PM, and it genuinely felt like customer service was not a priority. With the prices already being on the higher side, the least we expect is basic courtesy and attention to simple requests.
Please take this seriously — you’re losing customers because of this kind of behavior.

Got an Acai bowl… didn’t like that it was pretty made and frozen. I would rather wait the 10 minutes to get a freshly made one. And for the price, its not that much, it half just some banana and berries. Do better. It taste okay

Avocado bowl is my favorite lord hammercy! You can’t go wrong the food are delicious, I have revisited this restaurant over and over again in the past. The bowls are too little it makes me mad because it’s really good, the only thing am requesting is could you please bring the prices down some and bowls a little bigger; because the store looks kinda empty when you walk thru the door and it should’nt be.

One of my favorite to go spots in Collierville. (It’s located in the shopping center just behind AT&T. There’s also a Hobby Lobby at the far end.)
Fast fresh food. Always quick and consistent. I like the blimey limey smoothie and my daughter the sunset sunrise. I’ve tried serval sandwich/wraps. My favorite is the Baja Chicken!

I see several reviews mention the the gentleman man from India. There was a slight language barrier. When I was asking about jalapeños, but he figured it out and communicate my answer effectively. he even acknowledged that I looked tired. As I truly was! He’s a very friendly man!

My daughter and I walked into to this location, never at any other location we’ve been to have we had to walk out, but this one we did. Not really acknowledged when we came in which is not usual for this sort of business but we looked past it. I could not get over how the one older lady talking with two men in their native language was digging in her nose. Plus they were so concerned with laughing and talking in their own language to acknowledge customers. In a business setting this is the rudest thing you can do to customers. I didn’t want boogers in my food either so we left.

The smoothies always are great in this place , but bowl is little expensive a pretty small compared with other place like a bowl from chick fil a , just find 3 pieces of grilled chicken in my ordered!!! Is just a good opinion for offer more better products for the customer !!!

Ordered and paid for smoothies through the app and when my wife went to pick up our order it still had not been made. So she asked the store manager about what’s going on and she can see our ticket with the order on it sitting behind the counter well he acts like we hadn’t ordered nothing and he refuses to remake it so I have to go up there to the store show him where I’ve ordered this and paid for it before he will remake our order even though he has the ticket behind the counter. Do waste your time and money here as they were going to steal my money and give me nothing. Smoothie king is right around the corner and they have excellent customer service and smoothies. I will no longer be doing business with Tropical Smoothie Café.
