I’ve had a fantastic experience at this location while staying at the hotel across the parking lot. The interior is modern, spacious, and has lots of seating. It’s very convenient that you can sit inside at any time, which is great when it’s cold out and you just want to eat inside, even at 2 AM. Every order is prepared perfectly and I love the freestyle soda machine. Service is fast and polite. And the deals in the app and on the menu board are a good value.

I can’t believe I am giving Burger King a 5 star rating. When going to a fast food restaurant, I am not looking for complete satisfaction. Heck I just expect some disrespect with the food and service. But this Burger King in Edina is different.
I have done the drive through many times at this location but never dined inside. Whoa! It’s very clean and modern. It’s nicer than many sit down restaurants. I was very surprised.
The staff is quick and professional. Dare I say respectful? Absolutely yes.
As for the food. Ordered a couple whopper jrs and chicken sandwiches. I was surprised that the chicken sandwiches were “juicy”. I didn’t even know they were even supposed to be juicy. I rarely get the chicken sandwiches because I always thought they were, meh! But this must be the way Burger King meant them to be.
My whopper jr didn’t look like it was stepped on and put together by someone who was possessed by the devil. My whopper jr actually looked like a burger made with care.
Is this the best food? No. But for the money, value, and intent… it’s spot on for value and taste. I was fully satisfied!!!

This place was the worst service I’ve ever received I asked for 6 rodeo burgers for my family of 6 the guy in the drive through sounded shocked when I asked for it and then said they ran out of onion rings ? Definitely not true then after waiting 15 mins we were told our order got deleted and it could be up to an hour before we could get our food . The night male worker with long hair on February 26, 2026 at 11 pm was racist and assumed my nationality. Coward yelled at me to speak in Spanish after closing the windows of the drive through. All because i asked for ketchup and ranch in english because they took my order in english so how was i suppose to know to speak in Spanish to him? As a mexican myself, train your staff to not expect everyone to speak Spanish to them, no matter the skin color. Not all Mexicans speak Spanish. At the end of the day I could have been Indian for all he knows. Good to know i won’t be coming back here knowing your staff doesnt respect.

Ordered Whopper and Coffee on App. Specified no mayo, no tomatoes. Pulled up. Didn’t have any coffee made. I was in a rush. Told them to give me diet coke instead. They did. Drove off. When I started eating sandwich it had mayo and tomatoes on it.
Lady in front of me complained about fries. They didn’t fill it up enough. Probably just gave her crumbles because they didn’t have fries made either.

Even with a long drive-thru line, our visit was much quicker than I thought. We placed our order in advance on the mobile app. We ordered the special with two Whoppers. They were very courteous at the drive-thru window. Our order was spot on. We enjoyed our food.
Stopped by again after placing a mobile order. Ordered a plain Whopper with cheese, ketchup, mustard and pickle. No ketchup.

I haven’t gotten bk in a long time. I returned yesterday to try the spongebob meal. It was expensive at $17 after taxes. Everything was cold even though I got the food and dined in. Burger, fries, cheesy tots all cold. I would at least expect the food to be warm. Not cold. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

If you have a craving for Burger King this place works. Service isn’t always the best though. Fries are consistently low on salt. Burgers are always strong here and my orders rarely get messed up.

The order was wrong, the food was cold and disgusting , the attendants were extremely rude especially the woman she was very confrontational and the guy that took the order ( Ramiro) in Spanish turned around and told the woman to just give us $2.00 dollars back for the mistake. There are many people that speak Spanish and I’m one of them and I dont appreciate profanity spoken to a client that had a concern on the mistake they made ….they have no care to the product and most certainly to the revenue losses as they neglected to adjust the mistake accurately and not just offer $2.00 dollars back.. I’ll never go to Burger King again …..the food temperature also is worrisome ! Look at the mushed tomatoes the disgusting lettuce and the dryness of the disgusting bread , the french fries were very cold and nasty dry ! Watch out for the bilingual staff very rude !

Tried calling to see if they do bundle deals still. As usual the guy that answered the phone couldn’t even speak English and had no idea what I was talking about. Y’all need to have a token American work there, at least to answer the phone or deal with customers. America!!
