This is my favorite pizza place! The slices are always hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff is always extremely friendly, helpful, and eager to provide the best possible customer experience. I dined in last night and everything was perfect as always, except for the temperature in the restaurant. It was an extremely cold night and the building had no heat so my dining experience had to be cut short so I could return to the warmth of my car.

God bless this place! I moved the Jax from New York and have been craving NY pizza. I’ve tried many pizza spots and have had no luck. Came here twice and this pizza is deeeeelicious!!! The cheese, sauce, and dough have great consistency and the fold is decent. This is my new spot. Highly recommend

We were hungry and looking for a quick snack. The white cheese, chicken and bacon pizza is delicious! I recommend! The chicken wings were a let down, for my taste they were slightly undercooked and there was a lot of teriyaki sauce, very, very much, you couldn’t feel the taste of the chicken. The pasta is perfect! Be prepared for a large portion. Service is fast and unobtrusive. Overall a good place, we’ll be back for the pizza.

I didn’t want to post this but we have been here 3 times in the last few months to make SURE it wasn’t just a one off. This pizza used to be super crispy and NOT floppy, tasted great. This is not Jersey (or NYC) pizza, it’s typical Jacksonville pizza. Or normal pizza. We were literally there yesterday, drove all the way from the beaches to have this, giving it one more try. It’s a NO. I don’t know what’s happening. We asked about if they were going to make any more cheese only pizzas for the slices and they actually told us not anytime soon. This was literally lunchtime. Not at the end of the day. NO MORE CHEESE SLICES AT ALL being made? Are you joking? The staff is super nice but they seem stressed and do not care about the quality of the food anymore. Our pizza was not only floppy (we got the two slices combo each, so that’s FOUR slices we tried), it wasn’t even that hot. We also got garlic knots that were cold. Then they said no sauce comes with two knots (what?). I just don’t get it. The place was very busy. So either ALL these people know it’s not consistent and don’t complain, or there is literally nothing else better in the entire area. We were told the Palencia location wasn’t as good (it’s not) because they don’t use the same ovens, etc., but now this location does not make anything crispy like they could. I don’t know if they changed the dough or the dough makers did something wrong. We mentioned it the last time we were here before posting this review, so maybe this will help improve the process. We’d be happy to come back and try it if it was once again a true “JERSEY” slice.

My first time here. The place is clean and nice. The service was excellent. There is a nice menu selection. I had the combo, which includes a slice, drink and garlic knots. It was about $10 not bad in today’s world. The knots were very good. Really about as good as I have had in a long time. My slice was the supreme. It would have been great, I think, but the crust was burned bad on the bottom and it really ruined my lunch. I saw they also have empanadas which I love. So I am going to try again. Hopefully it will not be burned. The jury is still out. I will update soon.
We returned and ordered a whole pizza. It was much much better. The service wasalso much improved. The beef empanadas were delicious albeit a bit doughy. I recommend getting a whole pizza rather than the slices. They were out of Coke on my visit.

Edit: Unfortunately whoever made the pizza tonight, did not bake it all the way through so it tastes nice and raw. Disappointing that this place is not consistent. Can’t say I want to order any time soon.
Probably best to just Whoever made the pizza tonight, this is the best batch I’ve had to date here (thin and crispy with fresh toppings). Employees have always been kind whenever we’re here and I appreciate the prompt service.
