I was greeted and told- “Nothing we can do- plus we are out of buns.” I explained no buns was fine, as that’s how I ordered everything anyway. After overcoming that hurdle- there was no way to get the BOGO deal, which the solution was to “owe me” a meal next time.
Funny part was- employees that “preordered” left with their meals as I came in and 6 others were eating in the restaurant.
Poor planning, poor management, and poor execution.
I wish they offered a combo deal because it’s on the expensive side when you add fries and a drink.
UPDATE:
My husband and I visited this location again now that he has been diagnosed with Celiac disease. He cannot have any gluten, even in trace amounts, or he gets very sick within hours. We ordered bunless burgers (in a bowl for him and a lettuce wrap for me), and they were AMAZING. the staff handled our order with care, marked it on our ticket, and I watched them change gloves to avoid cross contamination. So glad we were able to eat here without him getting glutened by accident! We even had the Cajun fries and he was absolutely fine.
Burgers are usually very good but they mess the fries up often. Instead of cajun fries I get seasoning with fries. Too nasty to eat. Please have a premeasured amount of seasoning for the fries instead of overloading.
