First time coming here, its only 4pm and its zombieland here. The Frisco was salty, fries were absolute disgusting. They seem to be under the heat lamp for the last 5 hours.. Staff was, what’s your order? And Here you go!.. literally all we got from them. Would I recommend? No, Not with this experience..

I went through the drive thru. Customer service was great. The wait was longer than expected. My problem was with the burger. I ordered the #6. It is advertised as the Angus burger. It tastes straight up like up the old school soy burger. Also it did not present well. Greezy paper, burnt edges, slimy and flimsy lettuce, and the onions looked like the end and cut length wise pieces rather than nice circular ones and were fallin all out while eating. I took two bites without most of the onions and the lettuce, put it right back in the box and plan to give it as a doggie treat to some well deserving pets. I paid $11.40 for the meal and now consider it a waste of money.

I enjoyed my experience at B&N Hardees. The food was reasonably priced for the proportion served. I ate the monster 1/3 lb. burger combo. And after you eat the meal if you can find room you have to try those delicious fruit loop donuts. You’ll be hooked.

After a horrible experience at the Hardees in Bridgeton, NC I stopped by this Hardees to pick up a quick dinner after traveling all day, & to my surprise the staff here was a million times better than grumpy attitude Harold ( if that’s his real name) in Bridegton. Toi’Asia, Zymire, & Hakeem were the only ones working on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was clean, they food was fresh, & although in my opinion they were working short no customers were complaining & the workers were all smiling & friendly. I told them to write their names down so I could call the manager on Monday cause they need a raise.

We placed an online order with 2 breakfast combos and 2 extra single biscuits. After picking up in the drive thru, we realized we were missing 2 orders of hash browns for the combos. Going in, it seemed a little chaotic. The employees were confused about what I was trying to convey. One said I received the wrong order and proceeded to prepare everything again. I waited patiently. After about 5 more minutes my order was presented to me. I’m checked to verify accuracy. The biscuits were wrapped identically so I had to unwrap each and examine the chicken to determine which was which.
The food was delicious but probably won’t order ahead in the app at this location.
