Let’s just say firehouse subs made a pregnant woman very happy. I called firehouse subs and a guy named Jackson picked up the phone and I explained to him that this was my second time making an order and the last time my order was made it wasn’t made right so he definitely made my food correct. And then he gave me extra pickles, which made a very sad pregnant woman very very happy. We all know how pregnant women are gonna come to our pickles so you should just imagine how happy I felt when I opened my food and saw my extra pickles. Please don’t get him in trouble for the extra pickles but just know that I was having a very very bad pregnancy day and Jackson really made me laugh so I had to call And personally Thank him.But Jackson is definitely a good worker and he needs a promotion because it’s hard to make pregnant women happy.

I frequently eat here. But I left today without ordering. The reason is one of the employees, blonde hair wearing a black hat, went to the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands. It’s disgusting. Otherwise their food is normally good. But I won’t trust it now.

So…. I’ve had issues at this location probably the last 3x I’ve come here. Posting so hopefully upper management sees and does something about this. Came in Sunday at 3:30 to get 3 sandwiches and here is what I noticed:
The open sign isn’t on so I wasn’t sure if they were even open. (This happens often)
Their TVs were off so I don’t think they thought they were open.
The gentleman prepping food was sweeping and made sure to finish sweeping for 5 minutes before he even considered starting to.make my food after my order was placed. Then didn’t wash his hands before prepping food. (He did wear gloves though…. so I guess it’s fine?)
The attitude was very much these kids don’t want to be here and the “manager” in the back was leaning on a table watching football on his phone..
I donated $1 bill into the fireman’s acrylic container at the counter and low and behold it has a giant crack across it seems like the bills are getting removed by staff and the coins are getting left behind.

Was REALLY craving a sub tonight so came to order and was looking forward to coming home to eat…that is until I bit into my sub. This is the WORST SUB I’ve ever gotten from here. Not just one either, both were AWFUL and was basically bread and lettuce or bread and mayo/cheese. These subs are not cheap, at $20+ for 2 subs you expect some substance. There was literally NO MEAT. Legit 1 price of ham (for the Italian on each sub and only 2 of the salami and pepperoni – was missing tomatoes all together and the banana pepper I added had a total of like 2 altogether) 1/4 of each sub was completely empty and I’ve never had a sub from here like this. I did come in 20 minutes from closing (of which they definitely showed their annoyance – BUT YOU ARE OPEN AND STILL A GOOD BIT OF TIME FROM CLOSING yet bc I sensed their annoyance I tipped $4 and still received this. Truly disappointed and now we are both eating a microwaveable meal instead.

Came here for the first time today, to get lunch to go. Contrary to other reviews, the place was clean and the workers friendly.
We got two medium subs, a Meatball and the Engineer. Both were what we expect from Firehouse Subs: fresh, hot, and plenty of fillings. They were packed neatly and stayed warm until we got home.
The subs were delicious, along with their accompanying pickles.
We will be back.

Five months later, I’M DONE with this place!
7 bucks for a three bite portion!!! 11 bucks after chips and a drink.
Update 12/20/25 – 2:30 pm. they’ve managed to get slower!!!!! 20 minutes with one sandwich ahead of me!!! Why the hell did I come here? Turns out they “lost” my order from the time I paid for it in person to the time it was to be made 6 feet down the line. Not blaming the cooks because they never got the order somehow. And oh yeah, the drink machine was out of commission. Just another crappy fast food experience. Not returning.
A pretty bland sub most of the time and the service is as slow as the DMV. They could be business partners.

Cashier wore mask NONE of the food preparation staff wore a mask. Weird.
The wait. Seriously 49 minutes between ordering food and my name called to the counter to pickup food. What did i order? Two sandwiches a brisket and a turkey. Every customer in the store was disappointed at the poor service times. This is flat out unacceptable.
While the food was good i will not return. There are too many other places with much better service.

About 8 weeks ago we got a to go order and food was made wrong & lettuce was really gross -decided to try it again today and once again all 3 sandwiches were made wrong & had to return to store to get remade. This was our last visit! Overpriced food, lackluster service & very poor quality experiences!
