Missy was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful as our first-time guest. To top it off, the food and flavors were outstanding. Her choices were spot on—we tried the Blue Crab, Ragu, Acadian Assets, and the Bacon Tower, and each dish was 100% excellent.Ask for Missy; she’ll make sure your experience is just as amazing.

Got here exactly at 8, was seated and got the bottomless mimosas immediately. 3 guests, we shared 3 entrees for brunch and everything was great. Food was delicious but the service was the most enjoyable aspect of the visit. We were served by Missy, and she was ON IT. I strongly dislike having to wait for refills with bottomless mimosas but she was on it the entire time. She handled our issues and was very warm and welcoming. The Chef also came out to ask us about an item we weren’t particularly fond of and got feedback which is important. Overall, great experience and will be back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Cracked Brunch in New Orleans!

From the moment we stepped in, my wife and I were absolutely delighted. We sampled a variety of dishes, and each one was a standout. The skillet eggs were perfectly cooked, and the duck bacon was a revelation—crispy, flavorful, and enhanced by the delightful fragrance of burning rosemary. The fresh salad on the side added a vibrant touch, and the chicken and waffles were simply divine—crispy, juicy, and perfectly balanced.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the hospitality was outstanding. Cracked Brunch truly delivered an exceptional experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Great food. Nice energy from the waitress and ambiance. We went for brunch – had the seafood omelette which was good – filling was tasty but seemed lacking in the amount of seafood (felt like mostly shrimp and crab bits). Had the lemon ricotta pancakes which were delicious and even better with the caramel glaze from the monkey bread! Would definitely come back.

We absolutely adored this perfect neighborhood brunch spot. We found it by chance and are so thankful. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Bri (our server) took excellent care of us. The restaurant is so cute and the decor bright and uplifting. I had the bananas foster french toast and every single bite was glorious. The snicker doodle iced latte was perfect. My friend had the lemon ricotta pancakes and said they were excellent. Everything here is a 10/10. If you can make it here, definitely do and if you are lucky enough to have Bri as your server it will be a top tier experience!

Attended Crack’d Brunch and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We were going to be seated right away, but chose to sit at the bar instead—and it ended up being the best decision. Brittany and Lala were top tier. Their professionalism, personality, and attentiveness truly elevated our visit.

We ordered the $25 mimosa bottle—great bang for your buck. My boyfriend had the steak and eggs, and I ordered the crab cake Benedict. Both meals were delicious and full of flavor. I was only disappointed that I got full so fast and couldn’t finish everything!

I absolutely recommend sitting at the bar with the girls; they made the experience feel personal and fun. Our total was around $75, which was more than reasonable for the quality of food and service.

We came all the way from Tampa, Florida for a concert, and this has been one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in New Orleans in a while. Excellent hospitality all around. We will definitely be back!

1/19/2026 MLK brunch was spent here with my beautiful server A’mya. She recommended great dishes even though I am a New Orleans native. She is a great waitress with a caring personality and very attentive to her guests. I recommend her and this restaurant as everything was absolutely perfect and I will be returning! She did not let the busy brunch crown affect her great customer service. I truly admired my lunch because of her.

My family and I were excited to go here based on the reviewed were read online…
Can definitely say, the reviews Did Not live up to expectations!
Checking in, the hostess was kind of rude. We had a reservation, so we didn’t know if our table was ready or not. When I checked in, she then looked
Expectedly at me as if I was supposed to know to just wait outside until she called for our group. It took another 10-15 for the waiter to come over for just the drink order. We received water which had green stuff frozen in the ice…maybe matcha?
The “just bring is the basket” was the best part of brunch. The baked goods were warm and tasty. My niece had a bowl of berries that were told were supposed to be mixed, but ended up just being strawberries. And my other niece ordered “crispy” griddled hash browns that looked like overcooked.

If another trip to NOLA is in my future, this place is a no go for me.

I will preface this by saying I believe the management is 100% at fault for the issues described.

We waited for an hour for our food, which was not the best flavor-wise. We rarely saw our server, and when we did, he was loudly criticizing the problems he was having with his team and cursing right next to us. When we were seated, we ordered everything upfront as to avoid delays, but did not get our food until 45 minutes later. Our coffee sat at the bar and became watery from the ice and its overall quality was not good. We also got told at the very end that our banana foster toast was unavailable, despite ordering it an hour prior and not being told this then. Side note, when we order this we expressed that one of us had a tree nut allergy, but our server was initially stubborn to remove the nuts from the dish before settling on omitting it.

The restaurant was too packed and too busy for the staff that was onsite, and better management could have prevented the issues that were also present outside of our dining experience. Tables of four were seated at smaller tables for two, causing dropped cups and broken glass.

I rarely ever have a bad experience when dining, but this was perhaps the worst experience I’ve ever had. It disappoints me to have even written this, as I was extremely excited to try this place. I don’t believe I will be returning until something changes.

Crack’D was the perfect spot to celebrate my birthday ✨ Our server was so sweet and made the whole experience even better. The monkey bread was almost too cute to eat…warm, fluffy, dusted with powdered sugar, and absolutely delicious. The brisket hash browns were savory and filling, and the mimosas were a great pairing! Great food, great vibes, and amazing service. Such a fun, cozy place to celebrate.. 10/10!
