Braum’s entire operation is in Tuttle, Oklahoma where they raise and milk their dairy cows, bake their own bread, cookies, ice cream cones, cinnamon rolls, and more. They even run their own distribution from their warehouse, where everything is stored. Quality and freshness are a top priority for Braum’s, which is why each store gets a truck with fresh food every other day. The company is vertically integrated from the ground up. Braum’s features an old-fashioned ice cream fountain along with a grill area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This new store also has a large Fresh Market area with more than 100 fresh meats, fruits, vegetables, and fresh-from-the-farm dairy products. This new store is located just east of US-75.

It’s my first time here and I tried the cappuccino chocolate ice cream. If you like black coffee you are gonna love it. My family tried banana split, cheese cake, cookie dough flavors. Overall the taste was very good. Service was good. They also have a fresh market inside. They have other food places inside like burgers, with large seating area.

People behind the counter used to acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for someone to take my order, but here lately when I’ve come in a couple of times there are at least 6 plus workers wandering around behind the counter not looking busy completely ignoring me while I’m waiting to be served. I’m the only one, there were no other people waiting in line and no one acknowledged that I was even standing there until Peyton a young man came up behind me and asked if anyone had helped me. Thank you Peyton. Then my order was put on the counter and no one called my number out. It looked like my order so I took it. I don’t ever write any reviews. I felt the way I was treated was deliberate. Glenpool Braum’s standards are dropping. Sad

Is it such a crime to not know what ingredients make up everything on the menu? I seen a double dip brownie sunday and seen they have nuts listed as a toping, and I ask for no nuts due to a severe allergy. We asked for no nuts. Then we got all the way home to find nuts in between the ice cream and brownie. We go back a 2nd time and explain that there’s an allergy- the girl working the window was very apologetic and was concerned whether I had ate the nuts. Remade it, and we went home confident that everything was okay. Wrong. There’s nuts made into the brownie, I had no idea. I dont work at braums- i just seen a brownie sunday and thought- hell yeah. If I had trusted the employee who remade it fully- I would’ve dove right into the brownie and would be in the hospital right now. Naturally, since it’s a severe allergy the 1st mistake made me paranoid so I was quadruple checking it all- and found the nuts. We went back the 3rd time and the manager was cold- couldn’t care less. Blamed us for not knowing there was nuts in the brownie and had all the “know it all” attitude possible. Completely absurd to expect that every customer knows what’s all in an item. Or hey better yet- when the customer specifically states on 2 separate occasions they have a nut allergy- and theyre ordering something containing the allergy MAYBE THEY DONT KNOW? Maybe you should double check and ask? I could’ve very easily been in the hospital. Completely disappointed.

Braums is a staple in our household. However, this last trip left me a little bit disappointed. The service was friendly and fast. However, we asked for no pickles on the burgers (you can see it on the receipt) and all 5 burgers had pickles. I’m sure it was just an oversight, but it is very inconvenient when my hangry picky eaters refuse to eat anything I just bought because it tastes sour. Please try to be more thorough when making orders. Thank you.

The first thing I saw at this location was someone cleaning. Man, was I relived. Classy joint, as opposed to the store off 101st. Good job folks. Everyone looks like they care and are working together to get things done. It is busy and yet, not a train wreck.

Worker I encountered was rude and could care less about the questions I was asking and the concern I had! Telling me that I can’t order something I’m willing to pay extra for is CRAZY! One name is Kaylee and I’m not sure of the guys name who took my order but they are very rude!
