First off the smoothie was amazing! It was super refreshing especially since it is so hot is Valdosta. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and you could tell it was made with love! The flavors were a delicious mix and the ingredients you can tell were super fresh! I want another one already. I can’t wait to go back!

I went today and got a “Long story” smoothie, it was the best smoothie i’ve ever had but became so watery in a matter of minutes. I also tried the Chicken and rice, the chicken is seasoned to perfection and the sauce is amazing as well but the rice is very very bland. No taste whatsoever, also the portion size is insane I had about 5 pieces of chicken and a plate full of bland rice.

The smoothies are packed with flavor, unlike some places that are watered down. You taste all the fresh ingredients. I got the mango passion. Having the option to choose more of one fruit over the other just shows a great way to please the customer which is always an and on to wonderful feeling of wanting to return again. This place is amazing 2nd time here and it is always a wonderful experience. Very friendly environment and the atmosphere is amazing. I love this spot! So nice and cute! The food and the smoothies are AMAZING! The smoothies have NO ICE and NO added sugars! I love there is finally somewhere in Valdosta that is meant for clean eating! The smoothies are so much smoother without ice, and it’s much more flavorful without additives! Check this place out if you love healthy foods or you are trying to eat better!

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here! The place is clean and bright! The owner was very friendly and welcoming and obviously takes a lot of pride in ensuring that he is offering nutritious and natural food options for his customers. He also instills a very positive vibe throughout the café and even puts a sweet, handwritten note of positivity on every drink order. We each had one of the lemonades and a salmon bowl. Everything was delicious and fresh. It was so nice to find a healthy and filling option for lunch that even has vegetarian and gluten free offerings here in Valdosta. Will definitely be back!

The smoothie was good but the protein bowl needs work. The salmon bowl is very expensive for what you get which is a small portion of salmon and a huge portion of bland yellow rice. The salmon is very seasoned which is why I’m confused that the rice isn’t seasoned at all not even salt on it. It tastes like the cheap Uncle Ben’s microwave rice too. Over $27 for a protein bowl and a smoothie is definitely too much. Good luck.

The smoothies are delicious!!! However, I came in today and the woman working was prepping food with no gloves on and no mask. She used some hand sanitizer after she rung up my order and then made my smoothie. In light of everything going on in the world right now, I would think masks and gloves would be mandatory. It’s a simple way to protect the health of your customers.
