I visited this shop pretty recently after a busy morning of working out and not having time to make breakfast so I stopped in and ordered their chunky monkey shake. It was delicious! Not only that but it was filling and nutritious with 33 grams of protein! Perfect for a post workout. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative on what they recommended as well as answered all my questions about the ingredients. The shop was clean and enjoyable to be in. I can’t wait to come back and try more teas and shakes. I definitely recommend it!

I love Energize. Staff is super friendly, drinks, shakes and food is amazing. Definitely the goto spot for my girlfriend and I. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend and try it. Their flavors change by the seasons, you won’t be disappointed!
