I came here for breakfast and had the breakfast croissant and a coffee. The service was friendly, but not over the top, which was nice. The food was made quickly and tasted great. What’s not to like with all that butter and goodness! Coffee was nice to, and in a massive cup. Very different to the UK. Overall a great experience.

This review is of the Western Ave., Augusta, ME, Dunkin’ Donuts. I think most of these reviews are for other locations in Augusta. The Western Avenue location is my preferred Dunkin and I have one only a mile away from my home. This Dunkin is extremely fast, efficient and the staff at the window was very friendly. Not to mention they actually got my custom order correct which has been hard to find at other locations. Thank you so much!

This is for the Western Ave Dunkin in Augusta. I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt like it was necessary. Drive through line was very long this morning so went in to order a coffee. Stood at the counter unacknowledged for about 10 minutes with a line forming behind me. A staff member came to the counter and mumbled something I couldn’t understand without looking at me. I gave him my order after confirming he was asking for it. He then proceeded to make it, which was great, except he set it at the pickup window and walked away without saying anything or acknowledging that it was mine, which made me question if it was mine. Several other people were waiting who had placed mobile orders so I waited for a minute wondering if it was in fact my order. Finally went up and had to touch it to see the slip to determine if it was my order.
I get it’s busy. I get I’m not going to get in and get out. I knew I’d probably have to wait a bit. What’s making me not go back is the total lack of friendly or even just adequate service. I felt like a major inconvenience for being a customer.

Everybody’s very helpful. Not super sweet. I had to use the bathroom to to one of the workers. Ran and opened the door for me. Coffee’s delicious. They’re very polite

This review is unrelated to food service. I was in an urgent medical type bind with my 83 year old mother-law. Ladies room was quickly unlocked by the gentleman working alone up front. Supplies were needed and were supplied by the ladies working in the employee section. A specific employee!s name is Julie. She went above and beyond to help us out. Unrelated to her normal tasks.

Im a dasher and went here to pick up an order. It states in the pick up instructions to go to the pick up counter. I did so and was politely waiting for the kind African American man who was helping me already, when this middle aged women with no teeth comes up and says in a rude tone “what are you waiting for” i replied with “a door dash order” she claps back with well they pick those up down there. I said “I’m sorry my bad” then stated that she didnt need to be so rude when a white male behind the counter said “if you don’t like how we are then dont pick up dashes here” again the African American man apologized for their rude behavior and kindly gave me my order and said that yes most dashers wait at this end of the counter.

This is for the Dunkin on Western Ave. I just had a drive thru employee yell at me for “ruining his time” because I showed up too quickly after placing a mobile order. He was rude from the moment I pulled up to the speaker and was still trying to yell at me as I was driving away. I’m almost afraid to eat my food wondering if he did anything to it.

I’ve been to many Dunkin location in the country and not all amazing but this location takes the cake for the absolute worst Dunkin by far. Everyone is always extremely rude and unfriendly. My girlfriend refuses to come here because one of the workers literally threw a straw at her in the drive thru. I come here against my will because it’s unfortunately the closest location to my apartment. Management is never accommodating, I just waited 15 minutes for one sandwich and once handed to me was wrong and I had asked for it to be remade to what I asked for and the supervisor scoffed and acted like it was somehow an inconvenience that her employees cannot make anything correct. I’ve had so many other awful experiences this is just the tip of the iceberg. Worst location by far I really hate coming here!
