We went for brunch to Brass eye. Kids absolutely loved the ambiance and the food. Kids ordered chicken and waffles while I ordered the power bowl. We ordered the plate of donuts as it was my son’s 12th birthday!! It was delicious!!!

This place was amazing! The reviews were helpful to get there. It is inside the west tavern building.
I entered through it’s ally and the bartender directed me to brass eye.
The food was amazing, tasty drinks, good music.
Perfect for meeting with friends, date night, all the above really!
Can’t wait to visit again

We had an amazing experience at the Brass Eye/ Junto for our son’s proposal in the Winter Haus!! All I can say is the ambiance was beautiful! Charlie was so helpful with all the planning and all the small details leading up to the proposal at the Brass Eye! Once we arrived the entire staff made our experience even more amazing. Violet was with us the entire evening and she was awesome, from helping us with last minute decisions on when the best time would be to get the most romantic sunset for the proposal on the rooftop, to being the best serve the rest of the evening! I can’t thank Violet enough for making everything so special! After the celebration a few of us went to the bar in The Junto and finished the evening with Preston who again was exceptional! Everything was above and beyond our expectations and we will recommend The Brass Eye/The Junto to our family and friends!

Alyssa and Alani (sorry their cocktails were so good I can’t completely remember their names) were so amazing and I recommend them for all your drink needs. Great atmosphere, drinks were great, we didn’t eat the food but it looked great.

This was a spot a coworker chose, none of us having been there at the hotel or brass eye! From the young man who valet parked my car, front desk staff and definitely the staff at brass eye, everyone was helpful and friendly. Violet, our server, was awesome, she got our orders, drinks and dessert, she was very attentive and very patient with our group of older ladies! Violet and the brass eye made our friends retirement celebration special. I’m planning to return soon with other friends and family. Thanks brass eye and Violet!!

I had an amazing dining experience at Brass Eye! The entire staff provided exceptional service, but my server Violet truly stood out. She was attentive, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. The view was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had a glass of Moscato along with the Brassy Crab Cake—both were excellent!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel it’s worth sharing. My group came here to celebrate a special occasion and unfortunately the service and food quality were far below what you would expect for a restaurant at this price point.

The restaurant was not busy, yet the service was extremely slow and inattentive. Two people at our table waited about 20 minutes before being told the steak they ordered was unavailable. Later, it took another 20 minutes to get a second round of drinks. We eventually had to walk up to the bar ourselves after watching our drinks sit there for an extended period of time. To make matters worse, the general manager walked past the bar multiple times while drinks for several tables — including ours — were sitting there waiting to be delivered for 20 mins while he was stocking the straws..

When our server finally returned and we mentioned the drinks again, her response was that she thought “someone had already brought them to us.” By that point they had been sitting so long they were watered down and had to be remade. What was even more surprising was that after we complained, the general manager came to our table but did not acknowledge us, apologize, or ask about our experience. He simply grabbed an empty glass and walked away. I’ve had better experiences are far less pricey restaurants.

For a restaurant where our group spent roughly $150 per couple, the level of service and management presence was unacceptable. No one checked in on us, no one took ownership of the issues, and the experience made us feel like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by being there. It completely took away from what was supposed to be a celebration.

The restaurant itself is very cute, but the back patio was not lit up even though the weather was nice outside, so I would recommend checking ahead if you expect to sit there.

The only reason this review is not one star is because the fondue and Brussels sprouts appetizers were good. Unfortunately, the entrees were just as disappointing as the service. All four of us ordered the smash burger and every single one came out burnt and looked nothing like the photos. I understand smash burgers are meant to be thin, but these were extremely burnt, dry, and had very little aioli. At $26, the quality was nowhere near what it should have been. I’ve had better smash burgers at fast food restaurants.

After reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated experience. I wish we had noticed that beforehand. I normally try to give restaurants grace, especially having worked in the service industry myself, but the lack of service, lack of management response, and poor food quality made this a very frustrating and disappointing visit. Do not recommend for celebrations or dinner, maybe just appetizers and cocktails at the bar so you can actually get the drink in a timely manner. The bartender was extremely nice when we asked him about our drinks, and when he had to remake them. We appreciated him.
