The staff was rather friendly and helpful. I was there on a weekday for lunch and they were very good taking my order smoothly. It is in a good location. The parking lot is large and easy to park. The store is bright and the floors and tables are clean. The wait staff is friendly. Freshly made burgers, sandwiches and French fries are very tasty.

I’ve seen 5 Guys logo for a long time but never stopped in. Then after a friend highly recommended them I decided to give them a try.
They were awesome! When I walked up to the counter the first thing I said was ‘I’ve never been here before’.
The guy behind the counter was super friendly and explained all the menu options.
5 Guys is now going to be one of my regular places to eat.

Overall our experience wasn’t terrible. All the food was prepared properly. The main complaint was the strawberry milkshake. It tasted like there was a chemical mixed in with it. It was very off putting and we wouldn’t order it ever again. Other than that I wouldn’t mind going back.

This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever seen other than a brand new one that wasn’t open yet. I have over 30 years in restaurant work. The grill even looked like it had just been unboxed and not used yet.

I LOVE 5-Guys and have never had a bad experience. I wouldn’t consider this bad, but my friend and I were sharing a Little Fry, and usually it’s too much for even two people, but this is what we got today. 🙁 not even really enough for one person. It’s usually overflowing in the bag. For how much the fries are ($), and for how much I usually get, I’m very dissatisfied with this outcome today! A replacement would be nice, but not sure how to do that as my coworker spent her lunch hour picking this up.

This was my first time going to Five Guys. I had an exceptional dining experience and assistance ordering from the very kind and hospitable man behind the counter, Caleb. It is not very often these days to have such a pleasant person serving you. Not only did his kindness and helpfulness make my day, I had a great dining experience as well. Will be coming back!
