This opened finally. The taste is average at best. Manchurian was extremely spicy ️ … tears!!! Fried rice was edible but nothing special. And the chicken lollipops were a disappointment, nothing like the photos on the menu. More American like, breaded and had distinguished flavor to it. Possibly some ingredient. I’ll give them another try to see if they’ve improved, as they’ve just started. Prices are a little expensive for the taste and quality IMO.

I got exceptional Chinese cuisine here. I tried prawns fried rice, chicken Manchuria and chicken lollipop. All the dishes were busting with flavours and had that delicious aroma. Must try for anyone in Chicago area. Thumbs up to you guys.

I ordered for a lunch take out today. After opening the boxes and tasting the food I would say it is not at all worth the price we paid.
Shrimp fried rice is salty with very small shrimp. Shrimp pieces are like rubber.
Ordered chicken Hakka noodles and there is no chicken after opening the box.
Chili Chicken pieces are also very tough to chew and no spice at all.
I don’t know why this place has ‘desi’ in the name though the items doesn’t have any desi/Indian flavor.
I paid $84 for four items and I now regret for that.

Went ahead and tried the Indo Chinese menu, and everything was flavorful and delicious! I will say that the spice is super special here! I know that everyone looking for something tasty as well as Halal will love this spot! Very different menu compared to typical Halal restaurants but that’s what makes this place so special!

I’ve been looking for a nice Indian Chinese restaurant. I order egg hakka noodles (which was not in their menu, but obviously could be made), looks like they are newly opened, they were very respectful. I found the food to be decently good, but surely better than other Indo-chinese I have tried in Chicago. It’s not very spicy (which is what I liked) but others may easily find themselves wanting more hot and spice after eating. Overall I was satisfied with the food and may go back again sometime. P.S. thankfully I was able to use their $5 promotional offer, which made the food even more worthy.
