Quick lunch stop at CAVA and it did not disappoint. Fresh ingredients, solid steak bowl, and that cucumber drink was clutch.
Shout out to Yasmila for being professional, calm, and genuinely kind during a busy rush. Those little moments matter.
Good service + good food = I’ll be back.

Mike the GM was great, gave us some complimentary cinnamon pita chips- to die for! I have allergies and they made sure to check the list immediately and wash their hands to make sure I was safe. This location is a MUST!

I want to start by saying that I love CAVA. My wife and I go often, and we usually visit the Woburn location, which is consistently excellent. Unfortunately, the Burlington location is the complete opposite, and I would strongly recommend staying far away from it.

We went in around 8:00 PM, and this location closes at 10:00 PM, so there was no reason for the experience we had. The lentils were completely dry, and when I asked for more, the employee looked at the chef, who simply shook their head “no” as if making more food was out of the question. I also asked for romaine lettuce, spinach lettuce and white rice and was flat-out told they “can’t do that.”

This wasn’t about being out of food—it was about pure laziness and refusal to provide basic service. At the Woburn location, they are happy to accommodate requests and will even charge extra for what I ask for, which I’m perfectly fine with. The staff there actually understands customer service. At Burlington, the response to everything was basically, “No, we don’t do that.”

Even something as simple as pita chips was denied. At 8 PM, two hours before closing, they refused to make more. Again, the employee looked to the chef, who nodded no—clearly unwilling to make the effort.

This location needs serious retraining. The staff should take notes from the Woburn team, because whatever is happening in Burlington is unacceptable. If you’re considering this CAVA, save yourself the frustration and drive the extra 10 minutes to Woburn, where the food and service actually match the brand.
I wish I could give 0 stars

This was my first time at CAVA and it was such a wonderful experience! Hats off to my guy who served me, Nolan. He was so friendly and helped me feel comfortable choosing the food. Such a great person, and definitely a superb first impression of the restaurant. Definitely going to come back again!

This is the best CAVA in Mass!
I waited so long for them to open and it did not disappoint.
The place is clean, and the staff is super nice!
On my first visit I was greeted by OneMike while in line, he asked if I had tried the new cinnamon pita and gave me one, it was amazing! Had to get a couple orders of it to-go.
OneMike is definitely an asset to this location and the Cava company, I was a restaurant manager before so i hope his leadership and skills doesn’t go unnoticed here.

One of the best CAVA locations I’ve been to. The moment I walked in, the restaurant was clean, organized, and the line moved faster than expected. The employees were patient and actually helped me pick toppings instead of rushing me. My chicken was hot, the veggies were fresh, and everything tasted super balanced. You can tell the team works well together because the flow was smooth even during the dinner rush. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This CAVA location seriously has the BEST staff I have ever met. It was half hour before closing but Cece and Awilda went above and beyond in every way — they were kind, attentive, and made sure I was content with my order. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They didn’t just do their jobs… they made the whole experience amazing. 10/10

It was my first time at this Cava location and it has to be one of my favorites. Mike was so awesome and helpful. He was very attentive & joyful. It made my day after a long day at work. The portions were better than other locations I’ve been to and it was also very clean! I will definitely be coming back, thanks Mike!

Very busy location with limited seating. I recommend take out vs dine in. It’s fairly new. I have been here 3 times and every time they were out of romaine lettuce for a curated bowl. Two of those times right when they opened. They need a better supplier or authorization to go across the street to Wegmans to buy 🙂

By far the worst cava I’ve been to. I was hoping my first visit was a fluke because it was a new establishment, but this was my third try with zero improvements. Incredibly slow service, with lack of attention to customers waiting. The steak was burnt to a crisp and dry. The sweet potatoes were extremely spicy (not indicated on the website) and also burnt. Very disappointing, especially for the price and small portions.
