Took a bite of my tacos and pulled out a piece of hair not once but twice. Neither my daughter or I have straight hair. Food was made exactly how Chipotle wanted it to be made. I think that this place has the best food quality out of any chipotle.I’ve been to over the past ten years.Thank you for the quality food, and I hope i’m able to stop in soon to get your amazing quesadillas and burritos. Rice is always undercooked and crunchy, peppers are usually undercooked, and they’re always out of at least 1 of the 4 ingredients I get on my burrito – and they don’t tell you that until you’re halfway through ordering. And don’t even try to order online. It will never be done anywhere close to when it says it will, and in my case, I have yet to show up to pick up an online order without it just mysteriously having already been made but is never to be found when I get there. Thus making it always take more time than it would if I just stood in line.
Chipotle as a whole was already overpriced, and continues to price themselves out of existence. The fact that they can’t even handle the one specialty food item they make is beyond the final nail for me.

I love Chipotle for their fresh food. The store was out of quite a few things at 8pm on a Friday. They were out of fajitas, cheese, guacamole, which the customer service mentioned before ordering. It felt like they did not want to cook more being end of the day as they cleaned the grill already. I saw atleast 10 people order after I did and more will come as there is football game in the city. Wish the manager knew about it and made sure there is sufficient food for the customers. Food

Holy crap, I just had to leave this review. I don’t want to get anybody in trouble so I’m not going to name names, but holy crap did they hook up the steak! I paid for double steak, which now a days double steak is barely as much steak as single steak was pre-panndemic.
But this time, I got enough rice, I got enough steak, I got enough everything and I feel like I actually got what I paid for. It’s a sad day that the literal bare minimum is enough to get me excited to leave a five-star.
Oh and the short black girl is really good at wrapping burritos. I aspire to wrap as good as her

Proportions was laughable. My bowl was half the size that I would get from any other locations. Rice wasn’t done at all. So much hard grains that I felt like I was gravel. Ended up throw my meal away after a few bites because it was so unendurable. I was the only one in line and the two ladies just standing behind the counter just talking. It took about 3-4 minutes until the young guy at the cash register came over to prepare my meal. The worse chipotle experience I had yet and I eat chipotle often.

This location has been my go to location for years. But lately they’ve had an issue with not completely cooking the brown rice. Its been crunchy and under cooked the past couple times I’ve gone. Hopefully its just a training thing with new employees and gets fixed soon.

Quality has been going downhill for years, but this one was usually okay. Not lately. Normally I don’t bother with reviews, but occasionally I feel I need to speak. Today’s bowl was a double chicken with extra rice. I got the bowl and noticed it had NO chicken on it, so I went up to the counter and asked them to help fix it. They gave me two portion cups of very poor chicken, that I went home and weighed out since I had a curiosity and a suspicion I was being cheated. 4.2 ounces. The rice was not well seasoned, can’t taste any salt, the portions on everything are just bad. I wish it weren’t so, but I’m really struggling to enjoy this. And it seems they’ve taken away any ability to comment to the store directly, so here I am.
Be wary, sometimes it’s good, but more often lately, it’s bad.
