Go, order anything that looks good because it is good.
I had cinnamon rolls, a few different turnovers, maple glazed apple fritter, and the raspberry rhubarb pie. It was all amazing!
I went twice. I would have ordered more cinnamon rolls on the second day, but one person bought every single one right when they opened!
If they were open more days, I’d be back today for another pie and cinnamon rolls.
Everything is extremely fresh! You see it being made right in front of you.

Best bakery I have been to in a very long time-the cream cheese danish simply melts in your mouth! Cinnamon and caramel rolls were just as delicious and the pies, well, we had to take some home!! Nice friendly family run business-go early-they run out of the yummies FAST!!

If you are visiting Bayfield WI I highly recommend stopping at the Gourmet Garage Bakery. I literally plan my visit based on when they are open for business. Their Cinnamon Roll (best ever), Pastries, and other baked goods are absolutely delicious. Looking forward to seeing you in the fall.

Grab some delicious pastries, bring some coffee, and drive down to sit at the park overlooking the water! We bought a blueberry turnover (OMG DELICIOUS) , pecan Carmel roll (just melt in your mouth delicious), a cinnamon roll, and a giant Bismarck!! All delicious and soooo fresh!

Always a favorite when we come to Bayfield! We suggest going earlier in the day, in case you need to reserve a pie in advance, etc. The lake, a cup of coffee, and pie…..what else do you need?!

We love you guys Get there early place your order quickly they keep limited number of pastries out and they never stay out long.. if you have a specialty request they will do everything possible to accommodate you. You canNOT visit Bayfield WI & miss this place! It is a MUST to go, they have the best ever locally made Apple Pies & the greatest turnovers I’ve ever had in my life, amongst SEVERAL other goodies. If you’re a local, you already know what’s up! You literally can’t start your day without one of their Cinnamon Rolls. I wish I lived closer, I would be there daily, but you must guarantee when I visit, I stop every time! I crave the turnovers! Go to the Gourmet Garage you & your sweet tooth won’t regret it.
