It was okay. Nothing to write home about and don’t think we will find ourselves back again. We came in due to hearing they had switched to frying their fries in beef tallow. We were disappointed to see that it is still peanut oil. For a fast burger, In and Out still has our vote and for an amazing quality burger, Hopdoddy has a smash burger that is the best we’ve eaten. We will stick with our regular choices.

Cold buns on a $16 burger. Like right out of a package sitting in a cooler cold. Not room temp, even. Ordered a grilled cheese for my daughter, wasn’t in the bag. They made it for me no problem, but it was just a bun flipped inside out with two pieces of unmelted cheese on each side. $6 for the privilege of such a master class grilled cheese.
4/10. Spent $71 total (including tip). Never will be back. Not worth the money for what you get.

Five guys has great burgers, but I just went to his location for the first time in a few months and they were rude and disrespectful. Also they changed their Fry sizes to where the regular which use to be plenty to share with two people no bare equates to a medium fry from McDonald’s. Super disappointed with the changes and our food was cold when I got handed the bag. Way to expensive especially the fries for the size

Generally speaking, I used to love this place – but after spending 14 hours so sick I felt like I was dying, after I ate here, I will never touch it again..
Ordered here 01/17/2026, burger and fries, and this was the only meal i had eaten all day long around 6pm, by midnight, I was dying, and by 6am, it was violent vomiting. I feel like he’ll as I write this – and just urge you all to be aware that these places don’t take your health seriously.

Tip 15% $3.42
GRAND TOTAL. $26.23
This sounds like a lot, but honestly, with the way prices are today, it’s a pretty good deal. Especially given the food was amazing, employees were working hard keeping the place clean, taking the order correct, and getting the order out quick. I could not be happier with the overall service and experience.
Thank you to the 6 or 7 people working, I will be back.

Absolutely a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE‼️The customer service was bad (the cooks were friendly, but the African American young lady who took our order was very rude & nonchalant/ The Caucasian Lady who is the manager on Sundays was not friendly either). You can somewhat over look things like that when the food is good, but our food was DISGUSTING ‼️Our burger had no seasoning on the meat whatsoever, and the fries were unevenly cooked. The buns tasted old as well. It was completely an awful experience. As far as cleanliness, the establishment was very clean. Our drinks were the freshest thing we tasted. The peanuts as well, were good in taste. Our family likes Five Guys a lot, but this has definitely left a disappointing impression for us.

Miss Aracely the Store Manager is Amazing!!
I came in with some coworkers to grab lunch and head back to the office for a lunch meeting.. After returning back to the office, I discovered that only my order was incorrect.. Soon as I was free, I called and asked to speak to the manager immediately! Aracely was very professional despite my clear and obvious frustration and smart remarks.. I was mostly upset because not only did I not get to eat during our spirited lunch meeting that was all doom and gloom, I was the one that hyped up the team for Five Guys to be the only one not to eat.. Aracely remained claim, professional, and offered solutions to right the wrong. Aracely assured me that she would save my order number and right the wrong a day of my choice, I called baloney lol.

Service took forever, there was no one before us and they forget the shakes then we had to way for them to refill the chocolate to start doing the shakes. The owner of this franchise is deceiving the costumers all the pictures posted by the owner aren’t from this location!!
