Food was very good. Tried steak bites for first time. They are good too. Quiet clean lobby. Refills accessible. Though you have to ask for condiment packets. I have ate here for a while. Last time the condiments was in the lobby.

Just placed a $65+ order for take out. Get home & order is missing $8 sandwich. I’m tired of placing orders to go or through the drive up & not having everything I ordered I’m 7 miles from this store & certainly driving back. Now I need to make up for the individual who didn’t get their sandwich. I’m not buying from this store again.

It’s funny we cant even get fresh cooked fries we get leftover sitting in the strainer obviously old just warmed up. To sum up our 40.00 dollar meals food was not even adequate. Guess it’s way too much of inconvenience for the staff to drop fresh fries in. I’ve been here numerous times, both in drive thru and dining in. Every single time it is fantastic. The staff is always amazing and nice. Really good attitudes. Never once have had a problem with my orders. And the food is always incredible. Best Arby’s I’ve ever been to.

I got the Big Cheesy Combo meal and the burger was “pink” in the middle .. took it up to the front as I was dining inside and the Mgr said “our burgers are cooked med well” .. I’m sorry but anything “pink” is still UNCOOKED BEEF .. same with Chicken as you can still get Food Poisoning from it .. the girl who was the Mgr Didn’t EVEN OFFER TO REFUND MY MEAL which cost $12.19 and these ppl want $20+ an hour to cook food .. Next Step is to report this establishment to the Dept of Health.

Stopped @8. Waited at drive thr for someone to take my order placed my order and waited more. She never came back on the speaker. When i pulled up she was very rude. She said she didn’t know i was done with my order. Said it was all my fault for her rudeness. when I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. Very very short rude nasty and closed the window and walked away on me. If she doesn’t want to work there find a new job

Where’s the Beef. I got the 2 for 6.99 today and I’m so disappointed with the lack of Beef on the Beef and cheddar the fish sandwich was good but the Beef WOW!!! I have been enjoying the Beef and cheddar for many years but I think I’m done. So disappointed I should have taken a picture of it. And your commercials are false advertising. You don’t get anything close to what you show on TV. WHERE’S THE BEEF??????
