This was by far the worst visit. I waited 15mins for 1 sandwhich and then it was incorrect. Three ladies moved so slow. I had no time to wait for them to make it again. Will not go back to this location. You should shut the doors if you can’t get good help. I feel for the owner.

Ordered online. Dipping gravy that I had to pay extra for was missing. No mention of it by the staff. I had to turn around and come back because it wasn’t in the bag. I informed them that I was missing my gravy and it was at that point they decided that they would let me know that they were out. How kind of them. They didn’t bother offering anything to make up for the missing item that I PAID for. After opening my food, I proceeded to find a hair in my sandwich. So disgusting. It was my first time ever visiting this place and most likely my last.
I very rarely leave 1 star reviews but if you allow a customer to leave feeling like they didn’t get value for the money they spent (in this case, quite literally didn’t get what I paid for) then you have failed in your business. I hope they learn from their mistakes and improve as a business so that other patrons have a better experience than I did. I doubt I’ll ever be back as I have no interest in spending more money at a place that screwed me over the first time. First impressions matter and theirs was awful.

pls pls pls teach ur employees not to literally touch the screen then go and touch the sandwiches. very disgusting and gross. barley any lettuce. very disgusted with the way they touched my sandwiches and wiped their hands all over the bag with their dirty gloves. so freaking gross. i didn’t even eat this over priced sandwich with how much it was touched with gross screen pressing and who knows how long not changed gloves. pls do better.

You can tell they hate there Job and dont want to be apart of this awesome sandwich chain! I was a Fireman and love to support this restaurant but not if the sandwich is over sauced and has no meat and the girl looks at me like she hates me for me and i’m overly kind to folks because Jesus says I have to be. God is Great and he wants you on his team.1 Corinthians 15: 1-4. Get Saved and a King James Bible and Follow Pauls Ministry and you will walk the path with Jesus the Christ and he will take you to the Father God.
