Not wait for fast fried food for more than 15 mins!
I will say more than half of the times
I have been here, I never make it to the window to pay to for the food. I end up leaving because there’s five cars in front of me and have not moved for a good 10-15 minutes. It’s just crazy to be waiting in a drive-through for 15 minutes at a fast food restaurant, it would be different if I’m waiting for 15 minutes and the line is moving but when you’re sitting there for 15 minutes and no line is going anywhere it’s very frustrating, especially when you’re hungry!
Just please try to do better. You’re better off going to get something healthy that takes 15-20 minutes to be picked up because there is nothing fast about this Burger King….

Salem NH location closed up – now a Kelly’s Roast Beef! BK is such a drag. Too bad, they never use to be so awful. Went to the METHUEN location of 93 in hopes for a delicious whopper sandwich. Turns out.. this location closed early (it’s just 8pm) for technical difficulties. Some older guy can be seen on a ladder inside the drive thru with a keyboard in his hands trying to figure out something up high on a screen. Fire alarm system always shows trouble and never gets fixed. Don’t know how the METHUEN Fire Department has been letting this slide by so long! Lights are still out on the propert, so when you drive by it shows “ER King”.
Poor Maintenance with BK’s these days! Never use to be this way back in the day. Very Sad.

Asked for 3 whoppers with cheese and she said “so only 2 with cheese”. I said no all three with cheese. Got to window paid and got food to see no cheese said something and she told me I said no cheese, then wanted to charge me almost $5 for 3 pieces of cheese. Worst customer service ever, and they like to talk about customers in Spanish thinking some of us dont understand, but we do.wouldnt recommend any one to go there. Worst around

Nice climbing structure for the kids, the food is good. The staff is friendly, and they do a decent job of keeping the place clean. We go mainly so that the kids can run around after they eat so that we can finnish our meal.

I guess if you work here you can have your kids play while you are on shift. Then bring them dinner and go back to work and leave them out there un supervised There were some extra play things in this location that clearly haven’t worked for a long time. Worth driving to the other location further away for my son to play.

I wouldn’t believe that KFC would have told that they are out of chicken when I ordered their chicken box menu. What’s more unbelievable is that inside I found their grocery list. Humm! Did I win the big price and got KFC ingredients? Now, I just need the recipe!!

Ordered through doordash and paid with cashapp which makes resolutions impossible. I know better. Credit or debit cards at least make it a little easier to do a chargeback. Anyway, placed my order and they just gave me whatever they wanted. Missing my nuggets, hersheys pies and sauces. No straws. Ordered a sundae got a chocolate shake, ordered 3 large strawberry Fanta, got three small blueberry ones, just completely messed up the order. It’s like they know these doordash orders aren’t coming back, so they don’t care.
