Beautiful decor. I’ve been here 4 times now. The service is great and quick. Food tastes very authentic and fantastic flavor. I recommend the guacamole, Parillada Mixta, Tacos Dorado de Pollo, & Quesadillas – which are served in a big portion. They have a small parking lot for customers in their rear yard.

This is a very pretty Mexican restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I will go again very soon. This establishment does not sell alcohol however they do have Modelo(beer) and Sangria. The restaurant does not have a parking lot but I went on a Sunday and there was plenty of street parking.

I used to order from the place a lot was my go too but I ordered delivery and I was excited to dig in cause I haven’t had this places food in awhile. Disappointed is an understatement. Nachos were just a soggy mess and the ration was just way off mostly just the toppings and a few tortilla chips. Al pastor burrito was just not good at all adding cheese on top just makes it harder to eat a complete mess. pastor overall just lacked flavor. last time ordering from here and I payed a delivery fee to just to have a below average meal. This review is for “El Calvario Restaurant” Food is good! Very big portions except for my skirt steak, very food service our waitress fine! But when I was about to leave the restaurant in the parking site. I was trying to find out in google maps the way home and suddenly a very rude white blond guy ask me to leave the place I did ask if he was the owner of the restaurant and he say yes. I will never come back to this place there are some y other restaurants with nice people they don’t want business buy is ok with me. This is not the only one.

Extremely happy with the service. I ordered 120 tacos for my party with one day notice and Juan and his team did an amazing job. The food was delivered fresh & hot and everyone at the party raved about the how delicious the tacos were. Definitely using them again since they provided an impeccable service.

Worst service! And never going back to this place! I was dining with my family and some friends and waited 2 hours to get our food and when we got it the food was cold. Guess they had our food ready in the kitchen for a while and never brought it to us because they were giving preference to delivery orders than the customers that were dining in the restaurant. The waitresses gave us an attitude because we brought up to her attention that the food was cold and that we didn’t want it. In a nasty way, she said if she takes the food back the owner is going to charge her for the food and that we must pay for the food. At the end we ended up paying for the food and left. Plus owners are very nasty to their employees. It was the worst experience.

Best authentic Mexican food I’ve tasted by far. From their “antojitos “ to their dinner meals I’ve yet to make a bad choice. All their food has been truly delicious and the service makes it better. Always a hearty warm welcome followed by a very attentive waiter whose always on his toes making sure your food and needs are fully met. 10 out of 10 recommend, will be my go too from now on.

This was an average diner, nothing special about it. I was looking for a nice diner to bring a few friends that are coming into town and someone recommended this place and I have to say I won’t bring them here I won’t come back either. 1. They gave me calamari that was not fresh, you can tell it came out of a bag. 2. I ordered chicken fingers from the appetizer part, and they brought me frozen chicken. Fingers that I could have bought at shop rite and heat it up. I asked for them to take it back and they did and asked for a cheese burger the waiter asked me how I wanted it I stated medium well slightly pink and they brought me a well done burger. Ketchup and mayonnaise didn’t help. We asked for a virgin mojito, mind you they had a bar, and they came back and stated they don’t have mint. My sons steak had no season on it, no salt, nothing, and it was burnt he was not happy about it. The only thing that was good was the mash potatoes that came with his meal. But everything else was a SUPER FAIL. We will never come back here and we will not recommend anyone either.
