I just wanted to leave a review for all of the staff working on 2/27. My order was mixed up at the drive through which is no big deal but all of the workers quickly worked together to make it right. Their customer service went above and beyond and we appreciated it.

Chicken Lo mein had no chicken. Had to wait for them to make fresh but nothing was cooking at the time when they instructed me to come inside and wait. Waited 15 minutes before they gave the wrong order. Didn’t have my app order. In the first place.

This was a horrible experience. Also these two tiny things and the egg roll were $13. Not to mention you order from an Ai that will cut you off and not get clarification on what you’re ordering. The guy at the window had no clue what to say about the ai and the complaint I had.

One of the best panda expresses I’ve been to!! All workers we very nice and gave us more food than usual for a Panda Express (they weren’t skimpy). Food was great as well. Highly recommend!

I don’t know if there’s some assumption that people who order teriyaki chicken actually want dry grilled chicken with no sauce, but I am almost never given teriyaki sauce at a panda express unless I ask for it. This time, not only was the chicken dry and sauceless, it was also burnt. And that after I waited twenty minutes for it.
I’m not mad, Panda Express, just disappointed.

Horrible customer service and under poor poor management. Not only did they tell me to wait for my order but they also couldn’t “find my car”. I had to go into the resturant myself after 20 minutes to pick up my food that was already done. To top that off, the manager had no interest in helping me or correcting the issue. To top that off, the food was poorly constructed and thrown together in the food containers. So much for “Chinese finest”. There’s never any white rice available every time I go there too. There’s always a wait for something. Please avoid

Not a single person on night crew wearing gloves. Staff would through the utensils all the way in the food bowls to where they would have to touch the food to get the utensil. Not a single person washed their hands including the drive through person sticking their hands in the food containers to get the utensils not to mention serving undercooked chicken

I asked for teriyaki chicken and Ruth threw a slab on the board cut it in half and then placed it on my plate…so after I got a knife and cut it up, it was tasty. Good food…not the friendliest service I am use to. Oh well better luck next time.
