The BBQ pork lacks BBQ taste, it’s bland! The kung pao is bland! The sauce is watered down. NO CHILIS..NO SHAOXING WINE…DOES ANYONE EVEN CARE!! white folks, you have my permission to go elsewhere…even Panda Express!!!
and yes, I do speak Cantonese!
This is a disgrace to Canton cuisine!

Awesome service. The food
Was so good and full of flavor!!! The sauces were burring with flavor perfect balance of sweet, savory etc. I placed an order through door dash and called the store to make sure they got my order correct and they were very kind and thorough. The food was so delicous! And the portions are generous.

I usually don’t write negative reviews. I really don’t consider myself a picky eater. But this was some of the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not sure how this place is still open as I had the same experience the first time I had this place many years ago.
Everything tasted like old, rancid Grease. The vegetables, specifically the bok choy, tasted like dirty feet. The only thing my combo had going for it was the fried rice and even that was just sort of okay. I was really sad as I wanted to enjoy this dinner very much.
Unfortunately now my stomach just hurts.

Finally found a place that made great chow mein, since it’s hard to find in Fresno for some reason. Ordered the salt n pepper chicken and requested not to add anything spicy since they made it for me before. Get to the restaurant to pick up my order and noticed the hot peppers and jalapeños that I requested not to have. The young lady looked st me and said “its not spicy, i promise” I had come to this restaurant a few times and trusted her knowing it was gonna be spicy, and it wasn’t just spicy …but HOT AS HELL, I brought it bsck and they said they would remake it again…mind you the cook comes out the back and mean mugs me lol. I just said give me my money, and will NEVER go back again! Now on the search for a new spot, may have to go out of Fresno to find some good chinese food.

I hadn’t been here since their local health department visit which had them shut down for about a week but I thought hey let me give them a try. Upon entering, I noticed two large buckets of cooked beef that were wrapped in plastic near the register. Upon a closer look, there were multiple food grade tubs of uncovered raw beef and fried shrimp sitting on the floor near the back door. The cooks are not following sanitation or food safety guidelines and the place is just dirty. The ceiling above the register is convex and there is grease covered dust hanging from tge ceiling over food prep stations. It’s unfortunate because they used to be good but they have declined in all areas of food safety and service.

This is our go-to Chinese restaurant nearest our house. Their food has never disappointed. The atmosphere rating is only because it’s literally a kitchen. There is no dine in. They have the best value for what I think are authentic honey walnut shrimp, however due to the tariffs, we noticed that the portion sizes for some of the dishes did decrease in size. But they’re chow mein and chow fun sizes are pretty huge and fully packed. The beef chow fun is my favorite.

I ordered Ginger Beef with white rice from Ding Go Kitchen in the evening. I got leeks, with meat added. I didn’t order onions. The woman in red didn’t want to correct the order. This is not the first time I’ve ordered this dish, but this is the first time I’ve seen “Ginger Leeks” instead of Ginger Beef. I took the appropriate photos. Please rate it.

Hands down the best orange chicken I’ve ever had! Friendly staff and the place looked clean too. Im glad i didn’t check the reviews before going here. The reviews are just sad. I expierenced quite the opposite on Feb 1st 2026. I definitely will be going back.

orange chicken didn’t like burnt but tasted burnt. the glaze was… off. the Mongolian beef is just gross. the beef was tender. the pork fried rice was almost palatable. I cannot believe this place has above 4 stars on Google maps and 4.6 stars with 6k+ reviews on for dash. Portions were huge… My best friend said her bok choy tasted like feet.
