Kind and courteous fellow patrons, friendly and welcoming staff – outdoor seating coming shortly!
I got a coffee and pastry, both fantastic and prices in line with similar businesses.
The Marr is a chilled coffee-chocolate concoction, perfectly aligned with my taste buds, too. Not overly sweet, but extraordinarily flavorful. The two flavors together make a new flavor profile!
My guava pastry was still warm from the oven, and fruit filling actually had the full-flavor taste of fruit, too. Filling is generously distributed inside the flaky layers of perfectly-baked pastry. One of my favorites!
They’ve just recently opened, so get over there and show them some love, folks!
This are my BUT:
The Guava Oriental Pastel is not the original, it have the same texture than the regulars, so technically is not the oriental pastry. They don’t sell bread ( I was expecting it has a bakery) some Cuban bread or something similar.
And mostly all of the food like sandwiches I saw while I was there takes a bit of time, but they look good! So give them a chance! And wish lot of success!
They also offer catering and party platters, which is great for events, family gatherings, or office orders. Everything is consistently fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. A great spot for breakfast, lunch, or something sweet.
Our sandwich wasn’t even hot and they made us wait forever and right off the press it was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted and just take a look at the photo.
Their pastries were ok.
